EXCELLANT!!! On our way out for dinner for Valentine's day at 5 pm and no water pressure so called Gainesville Pump hoping I would catch someone before they left for the day and my call was answered with the wonderful response that someone would be out to evaluate the issue. Dillon showed up within the hour and quickly evaluated the problem and even in the dark was pulling the well pump and replacing the pipe and pump so we wouldn't be without water, he was extremely knowledgeable and even kept our 1 yr old energetic puppy happy while he resolved the water problem. GREAT tech and Great company, would recommend them to everyone who wants friendly, courtesy, experienced service no matter when there is a problem with your well even on Valentine's Day evening. They said they don’t do services like that and referred me to someone else but they was in GA and I live in Gainesville, FL

Received quick call back though it was Saturday. Didn't need repair since my son was able to tell me what I did wrong. Very polite on the phone. Now have a number to call if I have well problems

Thought my well pump had died. Replaced the pressure switch, verified breaker worked, power was at the cutoff box and at the well. Called both numbers and got ‘sorry, can’t talk right now’ responses, followed up by can I call you later texts. When you have kids and animals, this is unacceptable. Called someone else and they not only answered the phone, they did awesome work. I get that they were probably in the middle of something and couldn’t answer the phone right then but I never did get a call back.

Showed up with NO TANK on board service truck, indicated I needed lots of other work done...I had a local guy there to help me find another service company, next day had service restored for a lot less money, even with some nice upgrades.

Took a bit of time at first to be able to come out, but was well worth the wait. Steve is a great guy.

Steve was very helpful and impressed me with his knowledge and experience. I have dealt with other companies before and Gainesville Pump was definitely the best. He and the other person working for him went way beyond what I would have expected when I had to have my well treated for bacteria (he treatment was successful). I sold my house a few months later and now rent an apartment with city water. I highly recommend him to anyone who depends on well water.

They do very good work, they are quick, they are very friendly. They will inform you on what they're doing if you'd like them to, so you have a better understanding of how they perform. They double check everything. They are a great company to go with

For the past 3 years, Steve Briel of Gainesville Pump been the go-to guy for maintenance & repair of my 20-year-old home water well. He’s an extremely knowledgeable, competent and reliable technician. And always willing to explain an issue in detail as well as outline the remedies to fix it. For anyone with an aging home water well, Steve is a great resource to have.

I called him at about 6 am and he was here within 2 hours. He had fixed my pump right away. I would highly recommend him for anyone in the area. Steve was so professional. He did a great. He gave me a lot of information. He was very honest and fixed the pump with just putting in the new module.

I called at 7:20 am. A real person answered the phone :-) I explained that we had no running water. They had someone at my house in just over an hour from the time I called. The men were very professional and answered my questions. I expected the worst - to have to replace the pump. Instead, it turned out that they were able to replace the control box and fix the problem. Yes, there are still honest people out there! I will definitely hire them when our 21 year old well pump finally dies.

.Received callback within a short time of establishing initial contact regarding no water. Tim and Mike showed up within 30minutes and went right to work. Their knowledge of the field and willingness to explain what they were doing was most welcome. Learned things about pumps and wells I did not know. Pulled the old pump out, plumb lined the well to determine total depth, water level and distance to get water to the surface level. Provided options as to pump hp based on my normal water usage. Given the age and condition of the old downpipe and wiring these were also replaced. Time from arrival and all buttoned up and working once again was approximately 4 hours. Very Happy with their work, displayed knowledge and letting me ask questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of pump work.

Had to shut down pump at dusk on Saturday when water suddenly started spewing from a blown gasket, no water. Found these folks on Angie's list with all those A's that night. Read on their web-site they were a 24-7 outfit so I called them on Sunday morning. A man named Tim answered the phone right away, then came out right away. From the time of the phone call to the time he pulled away (and I had water again) was about 3 hours. His travel time was at least an hour to get here. He repaired the problem, re -primed the pump, and re-set the filter. He really knew his stuff. I was totally impressed with this company and the employee I met, Tim.

First of all I contacted them based on Angie's list reviews. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and personable, and promised a call back in time for me to get home to meet the technicians. They called me in time to meet them at my house and inspect the system. They were able to quickly determine the problem and make recommendations to get the work done. After getting a detailed estimate they did all the necessary work on the spot. They had the parts they needed and the knowledge to get them installed quickly and properly. I have to say I am impressed with the work. It looks professional and works great. I would definitely recommend the Gainesville Pump team. Mike and Tim did a great job and I felt the price was fair. My phone call was answered personally, and Mike and Tim arrived within the hour as they stated on the call. They are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The quickly replaced a bad fitting and section of pipe, and ensured the tank had a proper air charge and that everything was working correctly.They were great, getting the job completed in about an hour, and taking time along the way to explain the workings of things, and what to watch out for in the future. Great service, very reasonable price! I have used Gainesville Pump in the past, and will definitely look to call them again for any future issues..

It went well as usual. They showed up promptly and got to work. Quickly finished the job. Did not know if the quality would remain after the tragic death of the owner. They seem dedicated to continue do provide quality service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Well workers, Mike & Tim, arrived at my home at the appointed time, and without delay went to work diagnosing the problem( I was not getting water, though the pump ran continuously). In short order, they determined that the pump was failing and that I would need a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that they had just the right one on their truck. They worked fast and with skill and competence. Also, these gentlemen were congenial, willing to show me what they were doing and why, and on top of that, were happy answer my questions. Altogether, my experience with Gainesville Pump was very satisfactory.

You won't get a better job anywhere else. Dennis, the owner, personally answered our weekend call and scheduled us for next-day service since it wasn't an emergency. Steve was punctual, very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about water conditioning systems. Our system was 14 years old and after examining it, Steve showed us why it would no longer work so we made plans for a new one to be installed the next day. Steve again arrived punctually and worked very efficiently with careful attention to all the aspects of the installation. He actually left the work area cleaner than he found it, and the installation was truly 'picture perfect' with the equipment and new piping straight and level! Price was very competitive, Steve's technical and product knowledge were superior, and the service truly unequaled in our experience. We are very satisfied customers. Gainesville Pump does everything right.
