A virus made it through my virus protection system. He removed it, cleaned and reorganized the information on my system.

Overall things went well. Shop is a mess, like a bunch of computer geeks work there!

Good- took about a days elapsed time on an old computer.

I called to see if they would diagnose my computer. Took it in and left it for two days. They called with a report and told me it was ready. Timely service and the computer works well now.

Both my desktop and my laptop were serviced. Came to the house to check them out. Took both to the shop and did a quality job of servicing them. I have had the desktop for many years and did not wish to purchase another. Much had to be done to bring it up to par. The laptop was given to me and not as much servicing had to be done. Many hours were put into what had to be done. I will definitely call on them again. Both men, Martin and Shawn, are very good at what they do. Very down to earth.

The laptop computer died in early November. I found this company from the internet and they had great reviews. (Later I found out that they had replaced my friends LCD screen which broke when she dropped it on concrete. She loved them too!). Initially I called where they told me to bring it in for a free diagnosis. The next day I took it in (NW Gainesville) where they quoted me a tad bit more than it had ended up costing me (love that). They are extremely warm and friendly people and their office is cozy. The next day I picked it up and it was running BETTER than when I first bought it. Overall I highly recommend this place to everyone in Gainesville needing any type of laptop or computer repair service. They do not sell computers.
