Description of Work: Pressure washed and painted house exterior. At our request, added considerable amount of trim to the exterior prior to painting and made necessary repairs as needed. All of their employees were competent, courteous and congenial. Felt very comfortable from start to finish with their expertise. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I was charged $250 for 2 hours of time spent removing bathroom wallpaper. That seemed very high-$125 per hour! In addition, the employee chipped my tub in the process and I was assured it would be fixed promptly which it was not. He returned a week later with the incorrect color of porcelain repair and, when Javier assured me his employee would also prep the walls for painting as a form of partial compensation for the damage, the employee didn't even have spackle with him and forgot to fill in many of the scratches he put in the walls himself with his paper scraper tool, so I ended up doing over an hour's worth of spackling myself. | |It has now been almost a month since the wallpaper was removed and still no tub repair. I am now quite frustrated. | |Javier is a very nice gentleman and was very apologetic about the damage, but I still feel I was grossly overcharged for the work performed and am frustrated that my chipped tub still has not been repaired. He keeps saying it wil be taken care of and asks for patience but at this point I would prefer a refund rather than continuing to have to hassle with him trying to find someone competent to do the repair. He has told me a repair person would be calling me but so far no one has called and this has dragged on for far too long now.

Description of Work: The owner of the company missed three appointments to come and give an estimate on the job. After phone calls to set the third appointment, which was another no show without any contact, I can't recommend anyone taking time off from work to do business with Fresh Coat Painters.

Description of Work: Exceptional service and quality work. I received a competitive bid almost immediately after contacting fresh coat through Angie's List. We had the entire interior of our house repainted and added chair rail to the walls. Javier and his crew were easy to communicate with and finished the job faster than promised. They even did extra unanticipated work just to get the job done right. I would definitely hire them for a future job and would recommend them to friends and family. We could not be happier with the end result and how smooth the process was to get there.A+++

Description of Work: This is the second time I have hired Fresh Coat Painters. Most recently they painted my garage and the floor. Javier listened to what I wanted/ needed. He then provided paint colors and suggestions. The garage looks good. Previous to this he painted several rooms my house and in my professional office space. They were attentive to detail and assured that the after paint tasks we left everything clean. They took away their entries and did not leave anything trashed. They were also personable,courteous and professional. I trust their work and would continue to use their services. As noted, this is the third time I've used them. I recommend them without reservation.
