The repair persons came to my house within two hours of my call. They fixed the problem and were professional and pleasant. The price was higher than I expected but I had not called around to compare prices and their reviews on Angie's list were good. I had used them to install the sprinkler system a few years ago and had been pleased with their work then, so I didn't mind paying the higher price.

They were outstanding. It took a while to figure out why zone 1 was not working. On nozzle worked,while the others were very low and the pump was surging off and on. They figured out is was sediment from the winter in my well that was clogging the nozzles and causing the well to rapidly shut on and off. New sprinkler heads did the trick and I learned something new about wells in this area.

I am a little surprised that the expertise and parts cost so much. 5 man-hours of labor is costly, but $1000 is a fair price to pay. I am happy with the work performed, and I am glad that it was done quickly and correctly. I would advise future customers to ask for a careful itemization of all parts used, as well as their prices.

I'm still not quit sure , I have phoned them and they have not return my call, it would seem they screen there calls I have a couple of things to ask, like where are some of the sprinklers and the rain sensor don't shut the system down when it rains

Irrigation system work was part of landscaping project under direction of Beth Jordan/A Yard You'll Love (see my report on this company, too)--Four Seasons Irrigation is the company she subcontracted for our project. Stuart and his crew came in and installed irrigation to reach newly planted areas and repaired and adjusted older parts of the system to bring everything up to par. We also had a new control panel installed while they were here (amount above reflects irrigation part of landscaping + installation of new controller). When it was discovered that a couple of heads had to be moved, they took care of it quickly and efficiently. Seems like these guys know what they're doing, and they also were responsive to issues arising (i.e., having to relocate a couple of new heads a few days after installing).. Stuart took time to show me how to work the new controller--gave a clear explanation. I would recommend them and use them again!

Stuart and Gerald were both awesome. I had two large trees removed and the heavy equipment broke one of the irrigation pvc pipes in the backyard. They had that fixed in minutes. I had an old issue where roots had grown around and crushed the sprinkler so that I could not use one zone. Large roots had totally encircled the pipes. I really thought this was going to be a major job and sure did not expect it to be fixed today. They managed to find a way around the problem in a very short time. (Just for background, I had talked to two other companies about this and they pretty much just said I would be better off to live with it not working.) Stuart also suggested a different sprinkler head to solve the problem of my camellia being beat up every time I used the sprinklers. It works great! They also did some general adjusting of the sprinkler heads. I called them today, they came about 30 minutes after I called and had everything fixed in very short time. Needless to say I am impressed and will use them again.

They did help me change some sprinkler heads. I appreciated their honest.

Everything always goes well. They are responsive and resolve any issues on their first visit.
