We Fix Broken Pools, Hot Tubs and Spas. I'm a State licensed swimming pool contractor. I can build them too, but there's so many poorly built and broken ones, I stay busy with just renovating, repairs, and making old ones work and look like new again. Our specialty is custom repair solutions to your pool and spa - equipment, resurfacing, deck refinishing, liner replacements and leak detection. If it sits on your pool equipment pad or under your hot tub cabinet, we can fix it. If it's cracking, flaking, feels rough and looks dirty, we can refinish it. It's a great time to save money with the many energy-efficient "green" pool and spa equipment options new to our market. And a great time to invest in your backyard oasis with the resurfacing necessary to enjoy your pool for years to come. We are a family-owned business, born and raised in North Central Florida - Go Gators! For over 15 years, we pride ourselves on on-going industry training to stay ahead of the curve on the newest, money-saving pool and spa equipment technology. On Apr 4, 2020 paid $808 for spa part technician said they need to order for the repair. After calling multiple times they finally contact me 5 months later to say the part arrived and they would be out in a couple weeks to finish the repair. That was Sept and now it is mid-Dec 2020 and never called back to finish the job. Fast to cash the check, but 8 months later, still haven't completed the job.

Description of Work: They installed an Endless Pool, built a new patio around the pool and moved my hot tub. There were some delays, not their fault, so it took longer than expected but all the work has been excellent. Jeremy is easy to get in touch with which helps when there are delays.

So far so good. Getting the permits was very time consuming but Jeremy either let me know what was happening or answered my texts promptly. They got started last Thursday and have accomplished a lot in three days one of which poured rain. Jeremy sends me pictures each day while I'm at work to show me the progress. Most importantly for me, they make sure the gate is shut so my dogs don't get out. I'll update this when the job is completed.
