Description of Work: They installed a flat screen tv in our rv from which you cannot view the screen in a sitting position without severe shadowing because of the angle of installation. We didn't realize this until we took a trip. When I called to rectify the problem the manager said he told us about the shadow problem when he installed the unit. I would have never approved the purchased if I had realized the severity of the probelm. He's supposedly an expert and should have known that from the angle of installation the tv would be unwatchable from any seat in the rv. He then had the audacity to tell me he did me a favor by doing the installation to begin with and hung up on me.
