ECI is one of the best companies that has worked on my house. Branden is the president, and let me first talk about him. He is easily accessible, always on time, and always returns phone calls in a timely manner. He is extremely professional, and after talking with him and seeing how he works he clearly is an expert at what he does. He gives great advice and tips and doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. I first got in contact with Branden through our interior decorator because we wanted our lights changed for new, more contemporary lights. Branden did an excellent job and we are so happy with the results. He was on time, he clearly stated what the price was, and if there was any additional charges he let me know what they were. He did an excellent and professional job, and he even gave advice on what types of light bulbs to use and where to get them. He also notified our interior decorator of cracks on one of our light fixtures, and he offered to come out and replace it once our interior decorator ordered a new set (I was able to do it myself). Excellent service, excellent job. The second time I worked with Branden was even better. Our property was struck by lightening on a Sunday, damaging our tree and some of our house. We were extremely concerned about any possible electrical damage to the house, as it seemed some of our outlets weren't working. I had never been in this situation, and I wasn't sure if it was safe to stay in the house due to the possibility of burning fuses or fire hazards. I called the fire department and they told me I needed an electrician. How was I going to find an electrician on a Sunday at 5:00 pm? I had no idea where to find an electrician, but I just decided to try Branden since I had worked with him before. Branden called me back within 2 hours, and said he would be able to check our house out for any hazards in 45 minutes! I could not believe it! He came on a Sunday night which I didn't think was possible. He looked around and checked the majority of our outlets. He found out that 3 of our outlets were blown and not working, as well as a fire alarm. Otherwise, he said there were no fire hazards or concerns and we were OK to stay in the house. He checked the outdoor lights as well too. He replaced all the outlets with temporary outlets, and he promised to come two days later to replace those with brand new permanant outlets. He did exactly that without any delays or me having to call him. Everything is working great now. I am so thankful and appreciative of Branden for coming out so quickly on a Sunday night and giving my family peace of mind that we were OK to stay in our home because otherwise we would have had to pick up and move. In summary, not only is Branden extremely reliable, professional, and an expert in what he does; his lighting work is excellent. I cannot thank him enough for coming to our house so promptly and taking care of the electrical issues in our time of need. He and his company are top notch.
