+ -1 moreGreat. Wonderful folks to work with. Dale managed to keep the old unit running as long as possible and has always responded immediately when we needed service. Left the area in better and cleaner condition than when they arrived. Would recommend Edges AC without reservation.
Description of Work: Replaced 22 year old HVAC system with new 4 ton, 2 stage, 17 SEER system. Included repair and sealing of existing return air support platform, fabrication and installation of new duct connections and connecting them to existing duct system, replacing electrical connections, digital touch-screen thermostat, condensate safety switch, 4" concrete equipment pad and tie-down straps for outdoor unit, surge protector, air cleaner, and removal of old equipment.

+ -1 moreVery well. We have a 20-year old reverse cycle AC/heating system. Mr. Edge did not try to "scare" us into immediately replacing the system but did explain that we should prepare for its inevitable failure and gave us estimates. We appreciated that he didn't give us the hard sell and will likely use Mr. Edge when it's time to replace the system. Also, he wore shoe covers while in the house to keep from tracking in dirt.

Description of Work: I CALLED DALE AND TOLD HIM WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS WITH MY HEATING SYSTEM (WHICH I FOUND OUT BY HAVING ANOTHER CO COME OUT WHO I THOUGHT WAS GOOD AND REASONABLE) HE QUOTED ME A MUCH LOWER PRICE THAN THE OTHER CO. HE CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK (HAD TO CHANGE OUT THE EVAPORATOR WHICH HAD A FREON LEAK) AND WAS DONE IN HALF THE TIME THAT THE OTHER CO.SAID IT WOULD TAKE AND CHARGED ME OVER 400.00 LESS. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND HE IS NOW THE ONLY ONE I WILL TRUST WITH MY A/C HEATING SYSTEM.

+ -1 moreAir conditioning condensation pipes were both plugged. Garage filled with water. Edge AC company responded within 1 hour of call. Spent two hours cleaning. Pipes plugged in difficult area to access. Excellent job, very reasonable price.
