Great. His estimate was very thorough (he tested the breakers during our consultation so he would know which ones to change) and complete which gave us confidence there would be no surprise$. He is responsive to our schedule and easy to work with. Since we pulled our own permit he marked on the walls where we needed to cut the drywall for him to run the lines. He offered suggestions for the kitchen lighting that would accommodate which every type pendant lights we decided on.

Mr. Eaton tested various outlets throughout my home, tested my breaker panel box and checked outside to see how electricity was delivered to my home. He thought the problem was not inside my home, but was with the way the city attached the wires to the outside of my home. He called the city, explained what he thought the problem was. The city immediately came over and fixed the outside wiring problem. I will use Mr. Eaton for any electrical issues I have.

Quality good. Work habits slightly sloppy - tools and minor debris left behind - minimal problem overall.

Mr. Eaton was recommended by the owner of the lighting store where we bought our bathroom fixture and all of the lighting hardware. I called Mr. Eaton and arranged for him to come out, show him what we wanted and have him give me an estimate. He came out at the time arranged and you could not have asked for a nicer person nor one with more professionalism. He took notes, drew a picture. I asked him about the holes left behind from the fixtures taken out. He assured me that it was not a problem to patch these. He left and a week later, I had not heard from him. I called. He acted like he had no idea who I was. I reminded him as we all have lapses of memory. He assured me that the estimate would be emailed to me promptly. Another week went by and I emailed Mr. Eaton. It is now getting time for the work to be done. I had not heard from Mr. Eaton. I sent him another email stating that I assumed he wanted to be paid for his work and unless he gave me an estimate, I might not have the money. I received an email at 2:30 a.m. with the estimate. The price was fair. The day of the installation arrived as did Mr. Eaton. However, some of the materials from the lighting store were missing and we had to have someone bring materials to us. The work he did was very good and I am pleased with the lights in the kitchen and living room. He could not install the bathroom light because the lighting store had not ordered it in time.. My problem came with the end of the job when the patching and smoothing of the holes look terrible. He was so interested in getting to his grandson 's baseball games that he hit is head on the ceiling while on a tall ladder. The patching is cracking and it is a different color than the ceiling. He left an entire box of screws and nails at the house. I was able to get him on the phone before he went too far. He said he would pick them up later. 2 months later I donated them to someone who might use them.

He did a fantastic job and was very thorough. I really liked how honest he was and would absolutely recommend him.

This electrician was recommended by a plumber that did great work for me, so I had high hopes. I explained the job on the phone, and we made an appointment for him to come out, see the work, and prepare an estimate. He was on-time, seemed to do a professional job, took notes, and said he'd call me with an estimate. He never called. After a week I called him, and he said he was still working on it and would get back to me. He did not. I called again and didn't reach him. I stopped trying because I realized I would not trust him to finish a job if he wouldn't even call with an estimate.
