Not done yet so far is good

The quality of the work done by the crew that did this job was excellent. The downside was getting the job set up to start. It took a month and a half from the time I made the down payment for the job to start. Every time I called them there seemed to be some level of confusion about the job and what it entailed. At the very end I made the second payment upon material arrival, and confirmed that the work without a doubt would start the following Sunday, and would be done in one day. Sunday came, and went with no work crew to be seen. A call to the offices to inquire about the no show led to an answering machine as the office was called. They did show up the following Monday with no notice causing me have to cancel and reschedule an appointment.

We really enjoyed to first steps, when we met Blake in person to go over what would be done. We tried to meet them in the middle because of the age of our home. The contract details were a little vague so we had to make sure before the work was started we understood what would be expected on pricing and labor. The customer service could be better on the administrative side of things. The end of the project there were a few issues that were resolved the roof looks good from what we can tell there are a lot of stews be I think it will last . We are pleased with the work

Bill Duffield and family have been in business a long time - longevity in nay business tells you something. Phone support was great and as an absentee owner I had complete confidence the job would be done according to our agreement, and it was! Price was about $1,000 less than competing bid. Good guys!

We went with a metal roof instead of the asphalt/shingle roof. One day! They came out and installed the entire roof in one day. Very professional, very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. The top selling point for me was that this company has all of it's own employees and does not hire day labor. All of them are insured as well. It turned out that the more durable metal roof was less expensive than replacing the asphalt/shingle roof.

Duffield is very trust worthy in completing the work as promised. Their employees at top notch in their respective trade crafts and the company communicates quickly, clearly and without hesitation. Overall, excellent firm. Highly recommend. Their work is excellent and their price is on target.

The job was reasonable in price but the customer service and communication were poor. I would recommend to hire the company but to make sure that you keep on top of the communication.

Excellent presentation of options, VERY competitive price. Great communication with office & field staff. Great care preparing site and cleanup. Friendly staff and workers, answering questions understandingly and explanation of options & procedures. I will recommend Duffield to friends and others who may need their services.

Fair price, good work

The work was completed in a timely manner. Mr Duffield was upfront and honest about everything that had to be done. He and his office staff were friendly and helpful and returned phone calls rather quickly. There were a couple of issues that were resolved quickly. Highly satisfied with the final product.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgable. The end product is beautiful! And there were no surprises to the timeline or budget. I am very, very satisfied!

The company performed the work in the manner that they detailed and they kept me posted every step of the way in that I was not able to get to the property to visually see what was going on. In addition, they provided me with all of the paperwork that was being asked by my insurance company without any problems. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their performance.

During the initial discussion of the project with the contractor I was informed of expected costs, timelines as to material delivery and expected completion of the project. When work would commence and clean up would be complete. The materials were delivered on time. The work commenced and the crews were on site as I was informed they would. Overall I am real satisfied with the entire project from beginning to end. I would highly recommend utilizing Duffield Home improvements for any roofing project.
