I talked with some friends I knew who went to school in Gainesville and told them I was looking to purchase a home when I moved out there. One of them got Doug's name through their rental company and he came highly recommended. Boy did I get lucky! I am scared to imagine where I might have ended up if I hadn't given them a call. They were available to answer my questions every time I called, day or night, and if they didn't know the answer they didn't lie; they found out and got back to me really fast. I will use them whenever I go to sell my home and I would recommend them to anyone looking in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Doug and Melisa helped me in my search for a home in Gainesville. They were extremely helpful. Since I didn't know much about the city they were great at telling me about places that were of interest to me. As a working student, they were great at taking all of my needs into account. I was able to find a home that fits all of my needs. It is close to school, right on the bus route and near shopping too! Best of all, they didn't charge me a penny! All I paid for was my new house!
