DISCOUNT REPAIR

Last year with another company I had a really annoying experience with a broken washing machine that took an entire month to fix, along with awful customer service. Since I'm not familiar with good-quality large appliance repair services near Gainesville, I was worried my LG fridge repair would be just as frustrating. But this time with Appliance Repairs, Inc, the experience couldn't have been more different or better. I called Appliance Repairs, Inc on ML King holiday. The (live) person answering the call had the repairman phone me right back. After I explained what was wrong with the fridge he promised to order the part the next morning and then called me back that afternoon with the expected delivery date. When the part came in on time, he called immediately to schedule our appointment for the very next day, a Saturday. He arrived right on time and installed it quickly and neatly. He was polite and professional and I would absolutely recommend him.
