Estimator listened to exact requirements of soffit replacement and exterior house painting. Answered questions and made suggestions for approach and materials. Generated accurate proposal. Pricing consistent with budget. Office very responsive regarding work schedule and daily time-line of workers. Workers were on time and did excellent work including demolishment of existing soffits. Staff has many specific skills that resulted in completed project on time and meet or exceeded expectations.. Staff cleaned up worksite each day. All people good communicators. This is a good company.

Before work commenced, they worked through several drafts of the kitchen remodel and offered suggestions along the way. Once we dove into the actual remodel, they were proactive in communicating when they/other contractors were going to be onsite. And ultimately, I was really pleased with the work done/result.

Cutting Edge replaced about 2,000 lineal feet of wood fencing at the entrance to our subdivision and did an incredible job. Their communication was great, they worked with us on modifying the design to meet suggestions of some homeowners, and delivered a great looking product. They were easy to work with. We kept changing our minds about what we wanted to do & they were very accommodating. We had a lot of tile work done; some of it quite intricate. There tile person did an excellent job. They also were very good about cleaning up every day when they were finished. We definitely plan to use them again when we remodel the kitchen.

The work was perfect. The guys Santos and Gabriel Rubio had a tough job because the original door was not installed properly and they had to rework the whole frame area. The were thoughtful, friendly and professional.

We selected Cutting Edge to renovate our guest bathroom, and it was an excellent decision. Every detail of the project was carefully scheduled and executed by Cutting Edge, just as it had been promised. Most importantly, Cutting Edge representatives were always receptive if we suggested minor modifications as the work progressed. The final product was more beautiful and functional than we ever imagined. Thank you to Jim for his advice in selecting materials and helping us with the design. Thank you to Jordan, who is an incredible craftsman and perfectly laid out the tiles. Thank you to Garret for managing the renovation and keeping us informed at all times of how the work was progressing. I am very satisfied with the results of Cutting Edge Renovation & Painting. I started with a refreshing of kitchen cabinets and countertops and bathrooms. I added kitchen floors, backsplash change and floating shelves. All were done to my specifications and satisfaction. The bathrooms were completely updated top to bottom. Everything turned out just as I imagined and beautiful. We stayed with my Mom during reno, so she heard the interactions. She said, “I know you haven’t known them long, but they seem more like family instead of contractors.” It’s a true statement. They are professional, but they take their work as personally as I did. My thanks to the team! We will work together again.

I’m happy with the effort given and work completed. Everything was timely and the price was fair. Highly recommended.

It was amazing to see true professionals tackle renovating the whole Warehouse & front Office, Restroom & Break Room with the shape it was in before & turn it around so fast. I was in shock when taking possession of the property the previous tenants of almost 30 years left it a mess & in the first day i handed the keys to Jim & the Cutting Edge Crew I was amazed at the Speed & detail of work done within the first day. The rest of the job went fast as Jim reviewed the facility & made detailed lists of what supplies were needed & the punch list to do in what order & the crew was Early & thorough in following his guidance to knock it all out fast & honestly beyond my expectations. I still get compliments from visitors on my Climate Controlled storage room with the beautiful Epoxy flooring & if anyone saw the pictures of the before & now the after result this office & Warehouse is a testament to type of work Cutting Edge can provide.

They were amazing! We had the vanity and sink in the guest bathroom changed and it made such a huge difference in the room. The guys were fast, knowledgeable, and cleaned up when they were done.

Jim and his guys were amazing. Showed up on time every morning and worked throughout the day. They helped guide me in my kitchen renovation and what I could do to help open up my downstairs floor plan. They worked with me on pricing and cleaned up after they were finished. Cannot wait to get the rest of my house renovated.

Jim and his guys were AMAZING! I wanted to update multiple parts of my home and they patiently worked with me the entire way. The finished work far exceeded my expectations! Jim kept the job running smoothly. I will definately be working with Jim and his guys again!!

Crew showed up on time and finished on time. Price was fair for the quality. Workers left the job site clean. I wouid use Cutting Edge again.

this is in response to cutting edges response to my review.... Please people do NOT be fooled by his response. He did NOT make a special trip to get my vanities, he makes frequent trips to Panama city for other things. Also , the punch list was stated, (second one) but assumed he would get when doing kitchen remodel... look at his web page if you can dig far enough into where he has buried my comments, but he stated "another satisfied customer, full kitchen remodel coming soon! Jim the owner, out of his own mouth told me that something that was 1 1/2 years in the making came through, so he couldnt do my job because he didnt want to wake up at "50" and know he didnt take the opportunity. Officially, no contract was signed for the bid on the kitchen because I wanted a list of the cabinets he was charging me for. (and by the way all 5 bids for my work I have gotten since, list each cabinet, and or linear foot for a particular item. I will not choose to continue bickering with this company , but let it be said, that in the over all pricing, and what I had to pay for in addition for my kitchen.. "bid" from this company, was the HIGHEST of any other of the 5 bids I have currently received..... so beware people there are quality people, and companies that wont stand by their word, and charge less. His response is falsified, but all said and done, this man has to live with his conscience........ so hire him..........the job wont be bad, but he might drop you for a better paying job, and now I have written proof and estimates as to what my remodel will cost,//// funny I would have paid Jim his $$ asked for , but he was unwilling to give me a list of the cabinets he was charging me for. Primarily asked what and how many because of my previous question about what he charged and what the website said they cost. and even if the cost was identical, I should as a customer be able to have a list of the cabinets he is wanting to charge me for. I assure you that his response to my original review has a whole lot "padded inaccuracies"

We even had a converstation prior to hiring Jim and company to do the work, because another company did the exact same thing to us after laying all our wood floor thoughout the house. He "[Promised " he didnt do business like that!! Lesson x2 for us.... any company that does alot of apartment remodeling..... will leave you high and dry, and not even "blink" when they put the screws to you.. My husband and I had already past weekend gone and purchased our appliances and some other materials, knowing construction would soon start., VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, As an update, talked to him this evening. He feels he has done NO wrong, and had to make a "life" decision.!! YOU DO NOT ACCEPT a JOB you never thought you would see a1 1/2 years ago, and kick people whom currently paid you and expected you to keep your word!!! I find it hard to believe that a good professional would do business in this manner. HE actually thinks he did us "right" by telling us now..... WELL.... little late when you have made all arrangements financially,etc...... MY advice is above all never ever hire a "contractor" that has any dealings with any apartment, or reality ties!!! they will Always choose " bigger dollars.. and leave you hanging" and last but not least he said..... he didnt want to ruin his reputation..... are you kidding me?? a phone call ..calling it quits when we think construction will start soon, and thats OK???
