 + -1 moreThey have been very efficient, were very thorough when they took over monitoring making certain all contacts worked and that there were no issues with the control panel. I had had problems with my prior monitoring company so Crime Prevention wanted to make certain that the system was working properly. I have been very pleased with them, no false alarms due to the system malfunctioning, which was certainly not the case before.
Description of Work: They took over the service/monitoring for my security system. They came in and make sure everything was working properly when they took over the montoring. I have had no false alarms since they took over my monitoring. They have been out since to replace batteries in the window contacts.

Description of Work: We use Crime Prevention Security Systems, LLC for alarms. The last time we used them was when we had an alarm go off. We have used them for thirty one years.

Description of Work: A new alarm system was installed. The service tech that installed it was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The monitoring of the system is handled very well with prices very competitive with other companies. Custome service is excellent. There is no problem getting in contact with them, which I think is very important for any business transaction. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an alarm system in the Gainesville area.
