I called Cooks Saturday morning with emergency request Jerry the owner came out evaluated my HVAC unit determined it was no longer functionable we went through the process to determine exactly what was good for my home and Monday his crew came out installed the unit everything was great I live out of town so they had full access to my home unit was installed within a timely manner technicians were professional can't say enough will recommend highly to my neighbors thank you again Cooks.

Very unprofessional, 100% money guarantee is not true, 30 days return is a lie. I will not recommend to anybody I recommend DO NOT hire these people. They came to install an A/C unit but they did not do the work properly and it does not work, I called them to request a resolution and they told me that they will call me back but they did not.
