Before we interviewed Annette, we had interviewed 3 other sales agents (with 3 different companies). All of these agents were adamant that in this climate we would have to list our home $40,000 to $50,000 below the price we paid for it (seven years ago). They made it clear that they would be uninterested in handling our sale if we did not agree, insisting we were being impractical. Annette, however, agreed that our home was unique in our college neighborhood. It had never been a rental property and was in excellent condition. The front and back yards were beautifully landscaped. Annette agreed to list our home at the sales price we thought would be best. Within 70 days we had a buyer with a reasonable offer (well above what we would have obtained had we listed it at a lower price). Annette did an excellent job and we highly recommend her.

They were wonderful. Cole was the realtor who I worked with and she was great. I did end up buying a house because of finances, but they were very flexible and worked with me. They were really good with getting back to me on things and listening to what I was really looking for in a home. They listened to what my interests were and not just what they were looking to get out of it. Their price was fine. The quality was fine and I was happy with every element. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Annette was fabulous and helped us thru every step of the process. Any time I had a question, Annette reached out to her many resources to get the correct answer. Throughout the entire process I always felt that Annette and I were partners in the transaction ... she always listened to what I had to say and took my opinions into consideration. Annette has a "real can" attitude ... she's a true professional!!
