Clean Masters of Florida

We always have Thanksgiving at my dad's home. He is a widow for the last 5 years and only does light housing so my sister and I usually go over and clean up a couple of times a year and a few days before Thanksgiving. This year, both of us have bad backs and decided to hire someone to get this job done for us. After checking reviews, I called Clean Masters and spoke to Becca. I explained the situation and was a little worried I called too late (it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving) or he might live too far away (he's about 45 min east of Gainesville), but she said she would work him in before Thanksgiving! Becca is super easy to work with which I appreciate. I gave her an idea of what we wanted, the size of dad's home, some photos, etc and she gave me a price based on that. On the day of service, Becca and her team of 3 showed up on time and ready to go. Dad's home is a 3/2 on "stilts" with a separate area downstairs so they had to carry the equipment upstairs first, then cleaned the area downstairs too. They did a great job and were all very cheerful which I appreciate. The bathrooms were spotless and gleaming after Becca finished them and my dad's was really in need of a good, thorough cleaning. When they dusted, they moved everything, then put it all back right in place. My mom had a ton of knick knacks so that says a lot. Vaccuming, mopping, cleaning the kitchen... everything looked spotless when they were done. My dad's not messy, but he's 85 so there was a lot of dust and cleaning to do, but they finished in just under 2.5 hours. Dad hired them for a once per month cleaning and so did I for my own home. I highly recommend this company!

Wonderful! Becca cleans things that I didn't even think of. And she ALWAYS CLEANS something extra. Like a pantry or a cabinet that really needs it!. Great job always.

Very satisfied with service

In Gainesville area. The crew arrived on time and was extremely friendly. They worked from the time they arrived to the time they left. I was extremely pleased with the results. They do all of the “little “ things that mean so much. It’s that attention to detail that will make me schedule them again and again for all of my cleaning needs. Arrived as scheduled and worked nonstop. A great team of three ladies who did a fabulous job in under two hours. Very pleased and have scheduled January already.

They arrived on time and kept me abreast of when they were planning to be there. Great communication ahead of time. Remained on site to handle any first time questions. Clean Masters hit the ground running and didn’t stop til the job was finished. A brief fifteen minute break was taken midway for them to quickly eat their lunch and then they were back at it!

Tammy kept me informed of her arrival time. Arrived even a little sooner than expected. She hit the ground running and completed everything I expected. She cleaned all floors, (vacuumed and mopped), dusted window sills, cleaned all mirrors, cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms, cleaned six ceiling fans and even got some high glass transoms. Wiped down all furniture as well. Pleased with her professionalism and will look forward to using her again soon.

We hired Cleanmasters to "deep clean" a humongous, 5,000 square-foot house that was in desperate need of cleaning. Tammy and Keith worked non-stop for multiple days, doing windows, and laundry and dusting and cleaning and scrubbing until the house was absolutely GLEAMING! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. I cannot say enough good things about Tammy and Cleanmasters.

Tammy is nothing less than a delight to work with. She was right on time and got right down to business. I would trust her with any other job I needed and will definitely call her in the future. I highly recommend Tammy and suggest you call her right away for your needs.

Tammy is the BEST housekeeper I've ever had. She is prompt, friendly, trustworthy, down-to-earth and does an amazing job with everything. I contacted her on Thanksgiving (!!) and she responded right away (!!!!). She started cleaning for me last month and now I have her come twice a month. She is not only good at regular cleaning, but also organizing -- which I can't seem to do myself. She cleaned and organized my daughter's room and get her toys and dolls under control! WOW! I can't say enough good things about her.

They cleaned up several rooms and areas of my house and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend.

Tammy was referred by another friend of mine and I really needed to have someone who was very detailed in cleaning, since I was moving in in two days. I would call what I requested a clean-out instead of housecleaning. She cleaned out all appliances, got rid of water spots, wiped out all cabinet fronts and inside. There was dust on all fan blades, ledges and upper cabinets that she vacuumed off. Nice to not have it just thrown all over the house. She cleaned the inside of all windows. Cleaned all the bathrooms. Vacuumed and mopped the whole house before calling me back to check the place out before she left. She even swept off the front door and wiped down the little glass area on the outside. It smelled wonderful. Not that bleach smell that so many cleaners use. It actually smelled fresh. I will definitely refer her to all my friends and possibly use her weekly now.

She was on time, very nice, professional and did an excellent job on the whole house but I'm especially happy with my floors.

Her name was Tammy and she went above and beyond. She was very patient and called when she couldn't enter the house. She paid particular attention to detail. She cleaned and left our own personal stuff there but cleaned and organized it. She cleaned up my daughters room and never complained. She left me notes around the house. I would recommend her highly.
