Cindy Birk - Coldwell Banker M M Parrish

I've worked with Cindy on multiple deals buying and selling homes, she is a consummate professional. She knows her local markets extremely well, has top negotiating skills, and is always available to her customers. I would highly recommend her services.

After searching for a home, we found one that peaked our interest, also in the Coldwell Banker Network (this office too!), but our agent would give no information about. Over a few days, we asked multiple times and she blew it off. We finally asked if we could talk directly with the listing agent and she eventually gave in. We spoke with the listing agent of that home directly and got WAY more information in 3 minutes than we got with our own agent in 3 days. We didn't say anything about it, but the next day, she called me in, sat me down, and cleverly patronized me for ~20 minutes for not "trusting her" about that house. We just wanted to know about it and felt she was withholding information. I didn't yell, didn't argue with her, really didn't speak much during that ambush... She told us she would no longer going to work with us and that we needed to find another agent. I just took it and walked out in shock. I retraced my steps trying to see what *we* did wrong. Is this how Coldwell Banker operates? Withhold information and than fire us if we go around her and find out ourselves? We found another agent elsewhere and found a home a month later, and closed on it many months after that.
