He was able to match the rest of the plaster finish. The people had previously use the wrong plaster patching product, so when we wet the area to remove the wallpaper, the previous plaster crumbled. Once painted the wall looks percy.

Chuck was working with Michael Conroy on installing new siding on 3 sides of the house and painting the house. At the end of the project, I noticed that one of the window trims was rotten and needed replacing and painting. Michael Conroy offered to Chuck to fix that specific problem separately. Chuck gave me an awesome price and fixed it right away. During his time working with me, he made himself always available and worked with my schedule even coming out on a weekend to do the work. I had an issue with my dryer vent being clogged and needed it cleared. He took care of that problem too at no charge because of the project we were doing together. He is now my person to go to for all my issues on the house/property. He can do just about anything you need him to do including fixing appliances. He even offered to work on painting my house on Thanksgiving but my association would not allow it. I would recommend him to everyone and I am a very difficult customer to please.

He doesn't have a company anymore. He did have a company but with the entire license and insurance and everything, it was too much. He is great. He fixes cars and all kinds of mechanical things. He is finishing a restaurant in another location; so once he is done with that, I'll find some more stuff for him to do. When you get good reliable people, it's a rare bird.
