Great. Excellent service and quality unit

Excellent workmanship, far beyond what I expected. They came in with a large crew (6 people) and removed and replaced both systems in one day. The systems were installed very nicely, far better than the original builders did on the house. The only issue at all is one of the AC units had a control problem. The owner came back the next day, replaced the board, and that fixed the problem. I can't say enough about how good of work they did.

I was recommended to this company by the installer of my current a/c unit. He told me "They are good people and you will be well taken care of". He was so right! I called to schedule for service and was offered an appointment time within an hour. The lady answering the phone gathered the information she needed. She was courteous, personable, and very accommodating. The technician arrived exactly on time. He was well prepared, efficient, and explained the problem. From calling for service to being back up and running with my a/c took 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this company based off my experience.

I've used them for several years and got routine service. The serviceman that they sent last fall (2013) went into the system and repaired several duct leaks that others had ignored. I works much better now than it has in years. Evidently it depends on which serviceman you get.

The first technician did not find the coolant leak. The leak returned in the house from the clogged line within two weeks. The second technician was excellent in explaining all to us and checking and repairing all leaks.

Found no problems with the air conditioning. The fall check for heating is more problematical as the heater is rather old.

Repaired system did maintenance services all under estimate. System works great now wish we would have called them first!

We are very happy with them. We bought a new system from them and they come out to check it two times per year. They don't charge us as it was in the price of the new heating and a/c unit.

I rate them very positively. They were timely and they showed up when they said they would and the job was done when they said it would. Another nice thing about working with them is that there are a lot of local utility rebates and they were very helpful with regard to helping secure those rebates.

They are reliable and do excellent work. They are also responsive and clean.
