These guys are great. I honest thought that I was going to have to reupholster the chair, and I didn’t. they cleaned it up 100%.

Reggie did a fantastic job as always with such attention to detail. This company does a terrific job and are always a pleasure to deal with. Great job, great price and they do what they say when they arrange to be there. Would definitely recommend and continue to use their services.

It was all very well done. He was professional and he did a good job. I don't recall the exact cost of the service but I felt it was acceptable.

It is convenient to be able to request/schedule an appointment via their website. The technician arrived about 45 minutes early which luckily didn't turn out to be a problem. Carpets were cleaned fairly quickly and very nicely - including a number of spots I thought would be permanently stained! I'm a bit annoyed they charge $30 for an area rug on top of the room charge, given that they simply cleaned the rug instead of the carpet underneath it, meaning the total square footage cleaned was the same as without a rug. The technician had a great and very friendly attitude. Reggie, I think. I'm not sure I would repeat the pet odor treatment - it left a very strong chemical odor (worse than anything I was trying to cover up) which gave me headaches for days and still lingers. There was a billing problem (they wrote down the wrong card info) and I received a number of rude calls from the office staff, but when I complained about the treatment the office manager promptly acknowledged the error, promised they would change their followup policies, and honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was pleasantly shocked! I was overall happy with the quality of work and intend to use Carpet Systems Plus again. I believe they are committed to good work and were quick to respond to and correct the problem when there was an issue.

i described it to the person on the phone (keith?), he came out the next day and CLEANED the carpet. Four rooms plus bath. it looks great. it feels great. it SMELLS great. that's the mobile i chose to camp out in while waiting for stolen a/cs to be replaced and was perfectly comfortable sitting on the carpet. no one can tell what bad shape that place was in, and clean carpet is 50% of the reason for the good tenant i have now. three kids and the place is being kept as clean as, well, cleaner than a hospital.
