Carpet One Floor & Home

There are not many carpet places in town and Carpet One Henley was close so I just went there and they seemed okay. At that time, I did not feel like doing a lot of shopping for carpets. I went to their store and looked through the samples and I noticed they did have one review where one of the girls that works there, Tracy, used to press to come out and give a quote to them and she never showed up but I worked with Tracy and she arranged the time for her to come by and she did come by right when she said she would come. I have been working with her and she is fine but until they actually put the floor down, I do not know. They quoted $4700. It was not really quick and it was not really slow; she was also busy trying to find some other patterns that I was looking for. I will use them again depending on how the floor comes out; if I do not like the floor, I would never even get a quote from them again. If it is fine then I would use them again.

I need to have flooring installed in a house that we just bought. I called and scheduled for someone to come out to do the measurements/estimate. We had an appointment. Fifteen minutes after our scheduled time they had not arrived. I called to see when they would be there. They verified my appointment and said that the person who does estimates was out to do these and should be there soon. An hour after my appointment, I called again. Tracy answered and confirmed that I had an appointment with her but since she couldn't find my phone number she just didn't show up. She confirmed that she had my address but wanted to call to be sure I was there. She acted as if my hour plus of time waiting on her was no big deal. I told her we would use a different company. If you are unable to show up to get the job then I can't trust you to show up to do the work.
