It went as smoothly as I could hope. Brooker was great about helping me understand how to keep my pets safe during the spraying. It was raining outside during the appointment, so they couldn't spray then; but they came back promptly the next morning to finish up the job. I appreciated not only their speed and professionalism, but also their awareness and respect for the environment and local ordinances.

Brooker did an exceptional job. They were very thorough and professional. They are detailed-oriented and customer-friendly. Highly recommended.

The service was great. After having to call to reschedule several times, Chad was able to come out. Despite all the phone calls and changes, he always remained upbeat and understanding. He went through the entire house with my husband, showing him problem areas and giving helpful suggestions. He also did the granules outside and pointed out tree branches that were touching the roof, indicating that they could be allowing insects easy access to the house. My husband and I are very pleased with the attention to detail and all the time he takes to make sure that we understand the treatment. He has been our regular service person since October of last year and we are extremely happy with the job he does. He is always polite and courteous and always does an excellent job!

Chad was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. It's not easy to allow perfect strangers into your home even though they are providers. But I felt very comfortable with Chad and would certainly recommend this company.

Our exterminator, Chad, did an excellent job of servicing our entire house. He made suggestions that will be helpful in the future, and pointed out one spot on the outside that could create problems if not fixed. He told us how to eliminate the problem with very little cost. Very courteous and professional.

Our inspector arrived approximately 10 minutes early, right about the same time we pulled into the driveway of our soon-to-be house. He introduced himself, and got right to work taking a look around the outside of the house until our real estate agent could arrive to let us into the home. He checked the attic and around the home inside and out, and he reported that everything looked good and he found no problems. He said that we would receive a report and receipt via email within 24 hours. It might've only been about 20 minutes later when I received the report and receipt via email on my phone. The service was prompt and professional!
