This was the second time that we used him and the first time we used him was when we were relocating my parents who were quite elderly. He helped us with that and that was a 3 year ordeal trying to find them the right house and stuff to get them moved here. He was our agent for the entire time and he was very patient and understanding. He put in tons and tons of hours and he was great with my parents. My father has inflate osteoporosis, so he has 12 compression fractures, so a lot of times he would be in pain, so we had to do things rather quickly. Richard made sure that all the appointments were set up back to back, so he could come to town and we could go to the appointments and get them done quickly and he could go back and rest, he was fantastic. He went above and beyond. My parents overall health deteriorated, so we actually just sold the house that took him 3 years to find for us. He did a complete analysis of what we should ask for the property to sell it quickly and it was on the market for probably 3 months before it was sold. The buyers were very particular and they wanted things a certain way and he even spent his own money to put up a light fixture, so he did not have to charge my parents more. He listened to everything and was always there when he said he was going to be. He was also very professional. We would use him again and as soon as we get our house on the market, he is going to be the one handling it.
