Description of Work: My mother had died and her estate included a house in Gainesville. Three siblings as beneficiaries. Two lived out of state. We had to decide what to do with the house. We got Aaron's name from Angie's List-Gainesville. He did not disappoint! Even though he knew that we may not list the house., we got the same high degree of service as if we were certain that we would. He readily and promptly provided valuations and recommendations under various scenarios and answered questions. With his help, we were able to move through a difficult period. In the end, we did not list the house as one of the siblings elected to buy it. Essentially, he did a lot of work for us at no benefit to him. Overall, it was a very good experience for us and I would highly recommend his firm to others. Doug Vyverberg

+ -1 moreHe was with us all the way through till the closing. He was always there when we had any questions or any problems, he responded immediately. He pushed through a lot of paper work and things like that. He did everything in a timely manner. We found it quite good to have him on our side.
