We had a rough start. My representative did not fully communicate what was included and what was not, so I was surprised by an estimate for services I thought I had paid for. He also was not responsive at first. Once his supervisor intervened some of the surprise charges were taken care, and costumer service has been A+ ever since.

In home pest control was ok. They were very professional but they used chemicals in stead of bait for treatment. the pest would have to come into contact with the chemicals in order to work, then it takes time for them to die. I have seen more pest since I started using them. The bait system is a little gel like substance that is place all around the home the pest eat and the die which cut the reproduction cycle of th pest.

Several days after the estimate, the company's actual technician arrived, a personable young man who seemed to know what he was doing. However, what had been described in terms that suggested extensive exterior work would be required, took about five hours during which the technician applied hardware cloth and said that the soffits were secured and caulking was completed. A following visit to remove a one-way escape device for any animals trapped in the act, meant that the work could be generously totaled at eight hours ? roughly $200 an hour. In short, in our view, the work performed was significantly overestimated and we would have done much better to have obtained several estimates before proceeding with this company.

They are really good and people speak very highly of them. I pay them annually. All of the services they provide are paid for in the annual fees. Their price is probably average for the area.

My renter called freaking out about something in the attic eating holes in the ceiling. Thinking it was probably a squirrel, i went out right away. Sure enough it was a squirrel running around and had eaten 4 holes in different parts of the house. I saw a leg reach through one of them. I have 16 rentals and never had that problem before, so i called Arrow Exterminators because they said they could get rid of them in their ad. I agreed to have them do the work , i thought $325, to get rid of the squirrel, ok! As my renter was consistently calling, threatening to leave, screaming while the squirrel ran rampant...I had another house open and I said she could move their if she wanted, which she did that day because she couldn't stand it anymore. It had been a week since the squirrel started and I called Arrow on the 2nd day. Arrow came out a few days later and put a trap on the roof vent where the squirrel had been entering. I thought that might work. Never heard from Arrow for a week. So called them to tell them it was not working we need to do something else before it destroys my house. They said before it was done it might cost into the thousands, we don't know. (Which we did not discuss before i hired them.) In the mean time the squirrel was putting more and more holes in the ceiling. They gave me no solutions or input of anymore ideas so I went out to figure something else to do myself. They could milk me for as much money as they wanted by doing little things here and there that didn't work! I went up on the roof and looked at their trap which was hooked to the roof vent with chicken wire type mesh so that the squirrel would run out of the attic and couldn't get back in. The wire screening they used was so thin that the squirrel ate a hole through it and I was still able to get in and out. As I was up there the squirrel ran out of another vent that they never secured. Man was i mad at Arrow and the squirrel because it did alot of damage. I quickly ran down the ladder to get something to seal the other vent, which i did a temporary fix until I could seal it right. The squirrel was in a tree yelling at me then jumped down and went in a gap under house. As I was coming down the ladder to see where he was getting in it took off back up into the trees, so I sealed that spot also temporarily. I drove to home depot to get the "right" things to fix the openings. I squirrel proofed solidly which I thought i was paying Arrow to do. I came back the next day only to find that i still heard movement in the ceiing. It was in the soffettes outside also. To make a long story shorter, the squirrel I had scared out was the mother and the 2 teenagers were still trapped in the house. So I peeled open some of the soffette at one end and set off a few bug bomb through the vents on the roof and started beating on the aluminum with a bunch of racket. Those 2 teenagers couldn't get out fast enough. I sealed it back up and never seen them since. I was pretty mad at Arrow by this time and called them, told them my story and to say I don't think i should pay $325 for what they had done but was willing to pay half of that for what they had "attempted" to do. I thought that was more than fair but they sure didn't. We rudely went back and forth over the next 3 weeks then i finally was able to talk to the boss. He said they felt that they did a good job after talking to his employees and that i owed them the original money. I said that i would pay for it but that me, or my Landlord group would never do business with them again. That's why they are on Angies list...DON"T USE THEM! I'm warning you now....

My overall experience was an A. The price was fair.

They are very professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Good reported to door said he was going to treat the yard. Did so and left.

He came, did his job quietly, and left. I don’t see any bugs and I assume he did a great job. Everybody has got the same price. We have been using them for about 12 years now and they have been good.

We are always pleased with the results. They are correct in diagnosing the lawn problems. They don't push contracts and indoor service. They are prompt and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and their billing staff is courteous and professional. They are sensitive to our desire to keep chemicals to a minimum. ...and we have been using their services for over 20 years, before they were "Arrow".

We have been using this company for quarterly residential pest control for the past 2 years or so. They have always been reliable, professional and well priced. Bill treats our home and is always kind, courteous, and goes out of his way to explain things and work to remedy any issues we may be having. If there are problems in between quarterly treatments, they will come back out very quickly to fix it. With small kids at home, it's crucial to have someone I trust coming into my home, as well as effective pest control. I've been very happy with Arrow.

They were always very friendly people. I would use them in the future.
