+ -1 moreAs it was not an emergency for us, he set up a specific time to come out the next day and he was there exactly on time. He was very professional and installed our new lock system promptly. He also offered us some great advice on how to handle a couple of other scenarios to upgrade our security around the house. We were very pleased with the overall experience and are following up with his recommendations.
Description of Work: Had used American Locksmiths a few months ago on an emergency which proved to have solved itself unbeknownst to us by the time he arrived and the owner did not want to accept any payment for coming out. I pressed him to take a token payment as he had taken trouble to come over in a hurry and it was not his fault that there was no issue by the time he arrived. He showed no signs of being perturbed at being called out on a non-event; in fact he was very gracious. In light of this positive experience, I told him that when we were ready to change out the lock system on our front door we would contact him. We followed up with him this past week on our replacement and added a couple of other tasks to the job.
