This company was wonderful. We have a small driveway, porch, and sidewalk that were all overdue for cleaning. They did an excellent job pressure washing everything, especially our driveway. Parts of it were black from not being pressure cleaned in a couple of years. Now it is spotless. They were able to come out fairly soon after making the initial phone call. They were also much more affordable (as the name suggests) than other companies we contacted. We actually ended up paying them a little bit more than what was on the bill due to their superb job! Would definitely use them again.

House had been neglected over many months when purchased earlier in the year. Technician was professional and personable. Used environmentally friendly cleaners (big plus!!) Everything looked great afterward. The roof looked the best...seemed lot newer than it had prior to the service. I will be calling on them again in the future.

He was professional, polite, dependable and reasonable in price.

The owner of Affordable Pressure Cleaning has done our pressure washing for several years. He tends to be a pretty quite guy but he has done a very good job at my home as well as the neighbor across the streets home (she recommended him to me several years ago). Seems as the people who gave him an F may have a valid impression of him but there are always two sides to a story. I am not defending him in any case just making a point. We will definitely use him in the future and have no problems recommending him. He came on time, he calls if he is to be late, and he does good work.

I feel people should be aware of how rudely their neighbors might be treated by the man claiming to be the owner of this company. Last year, when doing this same job, he blew loads of wet pinestraw and leaves over the fence and onto our vegetable garden, bending and breaking stems in the process. Fortunately we were home and were able to get his attention and prevent any further damage. He wasn't very apologetic at the time, giving excuses instead, and feigning sincerity. Today, he returned to do the same job for our neighbor, and stopped by our door before beginning, in the guise of politeness, to warn me, but still with a chip on his shoulder from his error last year. I replied that mist was OK, but again that he needed to avoid sending debris and pressurized water across the fence onto my plants. Instead, he thought it was my responsibility to protect my tomatoes from his work, suggesting I could "put up a sheet or something." We already have a six foot privacy fence there. My husband happened to be home at the time, and, appalled at this man's attitude, went to speak with him. When the man indicated that he couldn't help it, my husband asked for the company name. At that point, he called my husband an old man, said he didn't have to give him any information, and turned his back!!! The company name and phone were on the truck, so my husband called to report this rude and cavalier behavior to the owner "Scott," who, it turns out, is none other than the same man doing the pressure washing. He was again rude to my husband over the phone. Because of the close proximity of our homes in our neighborhood, a little extra trouble is required to find an angle that would protect our garden. He thought it our responsibility to drop everything and figure out how to keep him from harming our plants. If we hadn't been home to protest, he wouldn't have had the opportunity to show how unprofessional he was, and our garden would probably once again be under a coating of roof debris. However, he did figure out a way to do his job without bothering our plants. Too bad he couldn't have done so without all the unpleasantness. Of all the folks in Gainesville doing pressure washing, one needn't hire this rude man. He knows nothing about customer relations, or should I say relations with "potential" customers. I CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM!
