Rick’s talent, professionalism, honesty, and integrity is quite impressive. His crew Dino and Israel are expert, talented painters and hard workers. They did comprehensive prep work. The team put in long days and reliably showed up to get the job done. They did a nice cleanup job each day as well. Rick gave me the leftover paint in all the colors in case of touch ups. I have very high standards and am extremely pleased with Advanced Painting Services. Rick’s communication is very professional as well. I plan to hire them for my interior and new fence painting needs next!

Description of Work: Have had multiple jobs done for rental properties from touching up a few rooms to the having the entire house painted inside and out. Have also had pressure washing done which was very thorough.

Description of Work: Power washed with bleach. Caulked and repaired wood trim as necessary. Painted water damage inside the house as well as the trim and garage door. Spray painted the exterior of the house. The house looks better than new.
