They were wonderful and very accommodating. They were honest, straightforward and made making a huge investment in a product very easy. I will use them again in the future.

One guy came out the first time and couldn’t fix the problem. Then the next day another guy came in and fixed the problem and it was fine. There was no problem with them. They were good. I would use them again in the future.

Fine generally. Came to do the work same day as I called. Service guy did pretty much walked me through what he was doing and answered any questions I had along the way. I think it was pretty thorough, he was there for over 2 hours. Only hangup is that as a general principle the cost of replacing the motor just feels very high. I don't know that they're any more expensive than anybody else, they likely aren't. Just feels like the nearly $400 it cost to replace the motor was exorbitant, not that I thought it would be cheap. In their defense they did allow me to double up on discounts: I got 10% off parts on the repair as part of the maintenance agreement, plus they let me add the Angie's list 10% coupon to the deal as well.

They were punctual and professional each time they came out. They identified themselves and proceded the installation. They cleaned up and put everything back in its proper place. The system is working beautifully. They went above and beyond my expections. I will continue to use this company for all my heating and airconditioning need.

Time for service of the big Carrier units and A+ was on record as being the ones the previous owner used. They came out within a couple of days as scheduled and on time. The tech was very thorough and did extensive cleaning, replaced a switch (before it wore out and we had to go without heating and air) and reworked the faulty drain system. There were some errors on the invoice involving the basic service call vs. repair time, so when I called, I expected to have to argue about it. But Denise was so professional and friendly and already on top of the errors. She explained that the tech was new to the company and was unaware of some of their billing practices and apologized for the mistake. She wanted to take some time to review everything and make corrections, and she called me back within 30 minutes or so to give me the proper breakdown. We had a substantial credit and we're using it to have our other unit serviced. WOW! What a relief! SOOOOO much better than our last experience with the HVAC outfit the home warranty company used! They were a nightmare! I HIGHLY recommend A+! I deal with a lot of subcontractors, and this company is awesome! The home service call was less than $75 altogether too! That's a great deal! I fell they saved us down time by finding the switch problem the other guys didn't find - AND saved us money! THEY ROCK!!!!
