Re-Pool Master

Excellent, Mr. Bernardo came to our home to look at a tile repair for our pool contractor. He noticed a problem we were having with mold on our coping. He felt they were of inferior quality and went back to the pool contractor and got him to agree to replace them at no cost to us. His crew came and in one day removed and replaced all the pool coping. A truly excellent job by all and a contractor who really cares about the finished product.

Luis was awesome! First, his price was significantly lower than other contractors we called. Second, he finished the entire job in just 10 days and started work exactly when he said he would. Finally, the end result was a beautifully restored pool that looks brand new. If you need to have pool work done, don't even waste your time with anyone else. These guys are THE BEST!!!

Great! Everything was done as scheduled and finished in 5 days. Multiple workers were involved and all were polite and considerate. Clean up was done each day. Luiz was a pleasure to work with and the price was reasonable for the work done. We have a beautiful new look to our pool!

Really Great. Everything on time, total clean-up daily, and a pool that now looks brand new! We are really really pleased. Luiz is an artist with tile. For all that, his price was super competitive. My wife is over the moon happy which also makes my life better.

Came out on Fri., 3/24 to look over the job. Took measurements and promised to bring samples Monday after the weekend. Never heard from him again. I guess our job was too small and he couldn't be bothered.

Although there were a couple of issue that needed to be addressed after the installation, everything was resolved quickly. If fact, it was Luiz's interest in making sure that I was happy with the final product that really impressed me. I chose to pay him in full before these issues were addressed. And, good to his word, Luiz came back to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He is an honest and very easy person with whom to work. I highly recommend Bernardo Enterprises.

The owner, Bernardo has more than two decades doing this job. I felt very confortable hiring his service. The Company has a crew of a good team who are very respectful and hard workers. Also their sale person, Nayda is very helpful. They did an outstanding job increasing the value of my property. After they finish, another crew came to clean all the area where they work. I definitely highly recommend their services. I will contact them again in the future to extend pavers in my driveway. Thank you Bernard and Crew for the beautiful outcome in the pool deck.
