About us

We are a full service hvac company with offices in Naples, Ft. Myers and North Venice, Florida. We serve the SW coastal communities from Bradenton to Everglades City and the adjoining inland communities in those counties. Conditioned air has over 300 full time employees, including more than 65 service technicians, and we have over 35,000 units under contract. We were named the Contractor of the Year for 2010 by the ACCA and received the Uncommon Friends Foundation Business Ethics Award in 2011. 2012 marked our 50th anniversary. Most recently in 2014, Conditioned Air was awarded Best Contractor to Work For in the South by the ACHR NEWS magazine.

We had a line filter leak as well as a bad coil. The line filter leak was diagnosed properly, but the bad coil was totally missed.

While originally this replacement was to cost us $599, Conditioned Air worked with HVAC manufacturer and explained that this system has been repaired three times over the recent years. As a result, the manufacturer agreed to replace unit and there was no charge for any parts or labor, including the service call. Thank you Conditioned Air

I have used Conditioned Air for over 30 years, between my parent and me for our Condo in Naples Fl. I have been nursing the upstairs unit along for a year. This year I had to replace it so I did upstairs and downstairs since they were the same age and I am a seasonal owner. They came on Monday to bid the tow units and were able to replace on Tuesday. They said it would take at least 8 hours per unit. The upstairs took 10 hours but that is because the technician moved the unit so it would be service from a ladder to the attic. This took additional duck work. They were very clean, neat and professional. I was very comfortable having them in my house for such an extended period. I really think Conditioned Air is one of the best in the area and I have complete confidence in their work.

First and foremost Conditioned Air is very professional. This service was performed by Tim Wood who was a competent, friendly, and non aggressive. I set the appointment online, received a call back to set the date of service and time of service. Tim called me to let me know he was on his way. (on time) I asked quite a few questions about the service and potential options for when I decide to replace my 11 year old system. Tim was focused on my questions and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I have to say that Conditioned Air is a focused service company. Mark (Gateway)
