Because of a glitch in the Home Advisor system (?), a subcontractor responded to my request. Because he was slow in providing a written estimate, I phoned RR’s website number. Guess what! We weren’t in their system!! RR IMMEDIATELY sent Ralph Chianese who was professional, thoughtful and understanding, The job was started on the first day of their estimated schedule and the job was completed by diligent Jose in one day. Hopefully we won’t need them again but if we do I’d hire them without reservation.

If you need roof repair due to leaks, this is the company to hire. They are the best in custormer service & response in the Punta Gorda area!! Highly recommend.
