Marty and Mason installed a new shower and tub ,looks beautiful . They were punctual and did everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.Very happy with the results.

The final outcome was satisfactory but there were hiccups on the way which were resolved thanks inter alia to the helpful intervention of Angi.

Customer service is horrible. Took weeks to get a call back and the last time they called I took care of what we wanted them to do. The techs were nice but had to have them out multiple time to fix issues with both showers that were replaced.

Great company. Had shower installed four years ago. Yesterday Marty came out to install a grab bar and permanent shower rod. Work was performed in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after install, no mess left for us to clean up. Would recommend Marty as a true professional. I would recommend Marty and Bath Fitters for any tub/shower install. Theyâ  re the best!!

Bath Fitters is very unreliable. Hired them for the bathroom shower and are having problems with leaking and mold. Keep calling them, the receptionist takes your call or transfers you to another apartment where you leave a message. No one gets back to you after numerous calls. Don't use them. Once they are gone after the job is done, you'll never get them back again.

Very reputable company. We used them in our previous home. That's why we called again.

We needed an AFA compliant shower and now we have one!

Walk in shower replaced a tub. Looks great. Made the bathroom look more modern. Clear glaas.. Easy sliding doors. Very acommodating . Even as far down in the Florida Keys.

They were willing to do what is referred to as a "partial shower replacement" when no other provider would.

They came and did the job beautifully in just a few hours, when several, (a dozen) wouldnâ t come out to look at it. Ft Myers post hurricane syndrome. Big jobs only. Great job you guys. B&D Gð

Prompt, on-time and efficient service. I was not informed about some contingency.

Make sure you get everything in writing about the materials you are getting, including the plumbing and how it is installed. The customer service I received by phone was great and ended up giving me a grab bar for free because the estimator told me my shower plumbing would be replaced all of the ways down to the bottom but it was not. That was one of the reasons I went with this company in the first place. The installer gouged my ceiling, plus he messed up the faucet and my friend had to fix it so it could even be turned on. It was pitiful. I would not use them in the future.

My experience was great. The bathroom shower was redone. Looks great. Installer was very professional. The price was $10,000.00 less than three other companies. No brainer!

Had 2 bathrooms done. One by José and done by Jason and Marty. Both bathrooms came out great, loved there work. Very professional and friendly, great to talk to. Highly recommend this company and the great people that work for them.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service reps, the work ethic and the degree of respect the onsite workers had, and the final product for the value/price. Very happy!!

The installers were very nice and patient with all of my questions. They get 5 stars... I have not yet heard from any office staff via phone, regarding comments/questions I had at the completion of my install...disappointing.

The installer, John, is extremely skilled and a perfectionist as well! The caulking is flawless.

The sales person and installer were both very knowledgeable in their respective fields and I am very satisfied with the full experience with this company
