I like that the shower was installed in 1 day and that John Macabe really puts quality in his masterpiece. He really does a great job and I recommend this company and person that they sent to my home. John really takes pride in his work. He was also training a guy, and should I say the shower looks amazing. I would hire them again if I ever need another shower installed, I thought that the price was high, but after I saw what had to be done with the floor and walls, I guess the price was right. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM is a good day. I know that it makes a difference when you live in a manufactured home from 1968. When you tear out something, you never know what will come their way. Great leadership John Macabe!! Keep up your good mastership in your work that you do for bath fitters!

The representative bath Fitters sent was John, he was definitely and A personality. Which in turn means an excellent representative for your company. Most definitely an asset. I'm surprised he isn't in some form front line sales, his personalty warrants first contact for sure. He was enthusiastic, energetic and very personable, we called him John the man all day. We even asked him to join us for lunch, he courteously obliged the lunch but ate while continuing to work. That's dedication. I would definitely recommend your company not only based on your product but on your employee John.

The installer John was very professional and made the process very easy. John did a great job and insured everything was perfect. John cleaned up after everything he did and when he was done no cleanup was necessary. Bath Fitters you need more employees like John. Thanks John for a great job. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters and John as the installer.

The technician arrived as scheduled, promptly started getting things setup and started working. As we live in a condominium, he was very concerned and respectful of other residents in building. He reviewed everything he was prepared to do and made sure he had all components to fulfill the agreement. After starting he found he needed to make a trip to Lowe’s to get some plumbing fittings. He seemed thorough and concerned about doing a good job. We are looking forward t5o using our new addition.

Worker did not show me that faucets dripped after job was done. I did find someone to fix it. The job itself is fine but Bath Fitter should have fixed it.

Scheduling was prompt and work completed quickly, but was substandard. Desired work was not recorded or completed properly. Requested removal of shower and of water-damaged drywall, and preparation of walls for installation of tile. Was promised a "custom-built" shower pan, though no measurements were made beyond eyeballing dimensions. Initially told that rplacement of drywall was not part of quoted project, even though I requested. After re-iterating the need to have water-damaged drywall removed, and a begrudging acceptance, an axtremely minimal attempt was made, crudely cutting out 12 inch sections. and literally slapping in replacement chunk. In some areas, as near the shower head, the original drywall is still present, with visible mold 6 inches away from the patch. "Custom" shower pan is at least 2" short, leaving a large gap in floor tile. No attempt was made to prep the walls for tile as originally requested. Rather very crude sections of Greenboard slapped up. Several misaligned tiles, and large gaps. Far from ready to apply tile. Overall, was an incredibly shoddy work effort, and considering I will probably need to redo the wall myself (probably with cementboard it should have had anyway), it was definiately not a value for my money. Will not be hiring again.

Be sure to be present when seat is placed... mine is too high. Make sure you measure the length of the shower curtain... mine was hanging way too low and the entire bar needed to be relocated and now I have plugged holes. The seat is very slippery when wet(learned the hard way)...upon questioning I was told to buy sticky strips. My shower leaked and they had to fix it. Make sure to get hooks for wash cloths, etc. There is always water on the bottom of the shower.., does not drain dry... my tub did. The installer was pleasant but should have checked my height prior to installation... now I have to get something to put on the floor to be safe.

They did a beautiful job. I am very happy with my new shower.

We had them do a shower in 1 room and a tub/shower in another, the shower turned out great but the tub has a big gap along the bottom and was visible, we had them come back out and they put a rubber strip along the bottom , it looks ok but they had to push in on the bottom to get it to look right, well they must have forced it too much cause now the shower doors that they put in were working good but now they sound like they are scratching And you NEED to pull or push hard to get them to move. Gonna call them back out tomorrow 1-11-21 and will update soon

I was given an estimate time of arrival of the technician from 8-10 am. To my surprise Mike Hummel arrived at 8:30 and the project was completed before noon.

Had to get them to come back and redo part of the job. And 2 months later we have problems. The floor drain came loose in the shower and the shower door will not close right and leaks

If I could rate tge customer service higher than 5 stars I would. From the initial meeting with the sales person to the gentleman who installed the shower. They were professional, courteous, clean and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience. The technician (Daniel) who installed my walk in shower was super. Polite, answered my questions, Well qualified to do the work, worked tirelessly for most of the day. All problems/issues were resolved. The rest of the team(schedulers, office people, the person who signed me up(Dave) , were also great. The work looks very good. Have not tried it yet because we are waiting for a callback. It appears to be an excessive amount of caulk under the new drain that may block about half the drain. Other than that everything else looks very good.

Amazing customer service. The communication was amazing.

The installer was professional and fast. The bathroom looks awesome. We have a tile-look surround in the shower area, and wainscoting over the existing tiles on the wall. The price was high but the work was done in one day and it looks good!
