Not impressed at all with either the product or the company

Took a long time to get the sliding doors delivered from manufacturer.

After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.

Only had the estimate as of now, but Hudson was very pleasant and informative. They cost was reasonable and met our budget. All in all so far so good. Will have more to follow when the job is complete.

I have not received the windows yet so not able to comment about work quality or value for the money. The salesman was very professional, and they have kept me updated, but no windows yet. However, i must rate these two things to submit my review, so based on what i am expecting due to service so far, i will give them a 5

Had a wonderful experience with Morgan from beginning to end. Kept me informed when Windows would arrive and when installation would begin. The two installers were very knowledgeable when replacing, plus very tidy, nothing for me to clean up. I certainly will be using Morgan again with future projects.

Very helpful support at a great price

Refused to provide me an estimate without my husband being present. There are all kinds of prejudices.

Morgan Exteriors did a great job installing the windows. The only problem I had is one window did not pass inspection from the county. This window is close to the front door and it has to be tempered glass and was not. Still waiting 2 1/2 weeks and not fixed. Cannot remove stickers from all windows till new window passes inspection.

Had to keep calling for a start date. The people at Morgan Exterior can be very rude. Overall on the high end for job done, and lot of back and forth with office to get job done. The people who came out to work were really professional. The person who fixed siding was great!
