Ally was so kind and even consulted the plumber with a couple of tips to try before they came out. Well it worked and they did not have to come out. I appreciated them being honest and not attempting to take advantage of us. It is hard to find people honest enough to walk away from money. Fast and professional. Initially gave about the same diagnosis and actually a higher estimate as a different plumber I called, but with some further discussion and probing found a much simpler and cheaper fix. Was really happy he had the curiosity to keep assessing.

Excellent! I had paid a different plumber far less for the same problem, but the cheap plumber didn't fix the problem. I don't care house cheap a service is if they don't fix the problem! On the other hand, Sherman plumbing is professional, courteous, and most importantly, they know what they are doing! A great experience, and I will definitely use them again. Bob Sherman was so professional and polite. Right on time, called before he arrived as promised. Wore a mask and took his shoes off every time he entered the house. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to call him again or tell a friend who needs a plumber.

He charged me to find the source and quoted me too much to repair. refused to repair a toilet and insisted on replacement. very expensive. He said he would give a free estimate, and ended up charging me to look at the problem without repair. not trustworthy.

I had my outdoor shut off valve main valve replaced on my townhome. It was a beautiful job he retrofitted it very nicely very clean and slick. Satisfied customer

Robert said they were essentially too busy to schedule an appointment to give us a quote for this big project. Obviously they are small time plumbers.

Robert came out and diagnosed a leak in my hot water line. He was able to very quickly isolate the leak to a location between the shower and vanity. Robert explained the various options to best repair the leak and listened to my input. He was able to insert a flexible line through the damaged pipe without having to chip up the floor or go into the attic. I was extremely impressed with his responsiveness, skill, and professionalism. This is the second job Sherman Plumbing has done for me and I will be recommending them to all of my friends, family, and any strangers I meet. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable and below what I expected.
