My husband was so impressed with the installers, he bought them lunch. That says it all. I was impressed at how well they cleaned up after installation.

They did a great job. The man was very friendly and greeted us at the door, he could not have been more helpful. He listened to what my aunt wanted and did everything he could to fit her needs. He came out that afternoon to look at the job and offered to give us a larger sample of the carpet that we were interested in so that we could look at the color. They moved furniture for us. They are very likeable and seem to know what they are doing. They are neat and tidy in taking out the old carpet and padding and installing all new.

Highly unpleasant experience. I had made an appointment for a 10:00 AM estimate and contacted the company at 10:15 to double check where the estimator was. I was told he was downstairs and had been knocking on my door. I walked outside and into the parking lot, no estimator. He had apparently ignored the phone system on the gate which is necessary to get in the complex since the gate was open, and I was upstairs expecting a phone call. After waiting outside for another 10 minutes, I went back upstairs and called, at which point I was again told he was at the door. When I explained to him I normally get a phone call from the gate or if there is a problem at the door, the estimator didn't address the phone system at the gate and became very defensive and said I didn't give him my number. I've been through dozens of different companies for my project, including other flooring specialists, and every one has taken my number and called as needed. I don't remember if they asked for it, but it certainly is good protocol for these situations. The really irritating issue is given his attitude, I questioned whether I should purchase my flooring from them and then he agreed that I shouldn't purchase from them and seemed quite happy at the idea of not making the sale. I can't feel like they would provide any good service if they can afford to behave that way with customers.

I was very pleased with the product and service. The laminate was of very high quality and the installers did a great job. There were a few areas that needed fixing and they came back and took care of things promptly. The flooring looks beautiful and doesn't have that weird hollow sound when you walk on it. The only issue that was problematic was the time it took to locate the product. It took them 4 months to get it. It was only because the company had been so highly recommended to me that I didn't lose patience. At first they didn't communicate with me about the situation, but after I complained they kept me up to date on their efforts to find it so I knew they were truly trying.

WE HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF GETTING THE CARPETS CLEANED. THEY ALSO GOT OUT ALL OF THE STAINS AND GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW I COULD GET THE STAINS OUT ON MY OWN. THEY WERE GREAT AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.
