excellent work, definitely would use again

Brian was great, he talked with me first on the phone to make sure it was a fixable project. After determining that it was, he came out the following Monday. He spent several hours, above and beyond what was expected, but he fixed the door and it works great now. I would use him again in a second. He was fair, honest, nice and priced well.

Brian did an incredible job. He repaired patio door tracks, rollers and the door locking mechanisms and left the units gliding and locking better than we had ever experienced prior. He completely restored the pocket doors to perfect working order and installed new tracks and rollers. While other contractors had told me I would have to remove entire walls and rebuild, Brian was able to use a special tool to do all this work without removing or harming the walls. His skills are second to none, and a pleasure to work with. For less than the cost of replacing one door, I now have six in like-new condition.

It went really well. Brian did a really thorough job and also made sure my screen door worked better too. He gave me tips on keeping the track clean and making sure to never close it with in the locked position so the lock doesn't get damaged. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors!

Kudos to Brian White for an outstanding job. We had been considering replacement of our 20 year old spec sliding glass door with a new wind-rated model but $5,000-$6,000 price tag made us reconsider. Old door had considerable track wear (door would grind, fight back & hop off the track!) and a serious "nail-breaker" locking mechanism. Mom said NO MORE, so we called Accutrack due to favorable reviews here. Brian came in, cleaned & lubed everything up and installed a new stainless steel track over the old bumpy one. Door wheels were replaced with new silky-smooth & quiet nylon version. This door is literally working better than new, no more bumps, no more noise, no more broken nails, Mom is very happy. Forget one-finger action, I think the door would start rolling if I looked at it funny now. All for 5% of replacement cost: :) Reiterating what others have said, Brian is prompt, very experienced at this work, meticulous, will take whatever time is necessary to do the job right. Didn't even charge me for an upgrade when I asked for "the quietest, smoothest wheels possible". He's the one you want on your contact list. Highly recommended.

Brian arrived at the time he promised, he proceeded to check out the problem with the door. After figuring out what he needed he brought in his cart that had everything he needed to complete the job. Brian has a tool he made that allows him to remove the track without having to tear the wall apart, a big plus. He is very competent in what he is doing, takes his time and does the job right the first time. I had a few other problems with the door and he took care of them at no additional charge. When he was finished he put back the casings around the door, caulked everything back up and you wouldn't even know he was there , except for fact that door is working like new. Not only is Brian a professional at what he does, he is a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend Brian for any door problems you might have.

Removed the doors along with the stationary doors. Replaced the fore and aft rollers on the sliding door. The door now work better than they did before and are more secure. The man is very thorough and is not satisfied until the job meets his expectations. I also received an estimate on repairing my pocket doors. The man is very honest and will give you your money's worth.

Brian Spent hours here and did a wonderfull job. All still working fine to this date. We were very pleased with the work and cleanliness. Would highly recommend him. Old Techs with his work ethic and experience are hard to find. Nobody want s to repair older items, they just want to sell you new ones. Money well spent.

Process took about 2 hours and was very professionally done. Finished product works beautifully, and the door looked like nothing had been done when he was finished. Great job, cleaned area totally and effectively. Highly recommended
