A Best Locksmith

Found Gerry (A Best Locksmith) on Angie's list this morning. He responded out within the hour to replace a broken front door latch. Looks like he did a good job. I'm sure this was an easy job for Gerry. I will use Gerry again.

The internal rod locking system could not be changed. A latch was installed to provide additional security.

Went very well. I did not know what to expect because this is not a business but a single blacksmith working his own company but the work he did was good and he was able to do things that I felt were over and above what a regular locksmith will do.

I saw Gerry's reviews online and needed help with both installing a scmartlock, but also assisting in fixing the rent strike plate opening to allow the smart lock to close easily. I initially sent a message on Angie's list messaging and he quickly responded. He was good about responding through this means in a very timely manner. The day of the appointment he texted me with and ETA. After explaining the issue with the door and the deadbolt having trouble closing (unless you pull the door in slightly) and giving him the new smart lock, he began work. He was focused and did a great job. I would hire him again if I needed locksmith type work done.

Amazing service, was stuck in my house unable to lock the door to go to work, gerry came over very quickly even prioritizing me over another in order to handle my emergency. Fixed it fast, super professional and courteous and the price was extremely reasonable and honest. Would highly recommend

with a little work the locksmith did the best he could. got the contents out and then helped me pick out a new safe. the old one was beyond use.

The company did an excellent job. I was very pleased with all the locksmith work done on my home. All of the hurricane shutter locks on my home were checked. Fortunately for me, the locksmith, Gerry Dean, did not feel that any of the locks on my hurricane shutters needed to be replaced. Mr. Dean, checked all nine of the shutters, lubricated them if needed, and made certain that they locked properly. Once he was finished with the locks on my hurricane accordion shutters, I had him install a new keypad lock on the front door of my home. He was very patient while teaching me how to use my new keypad lock. I feel that Dean did an excellent job. I would never hesitate to call this company for locksmith services again.

PERFECTLY!! Fixed both locks on the front door. Also installed a lock on my sliding glass door. I'd been told by 2 companies that they dont make that lock for your slider any more therefore you have to replace the entire door. $10,000 for impact glass. None of the locks at home depot would work so i was reduced to wood dowels. Gerry took care of it in 15 minutes!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Gerry was great. Gerry responded quickly to my call and showed up when he said he would. Fixed my 2 problem locks and even noticed another door wasn't closing properly so he fixed that for free. Great guy and easy to work with.

We called late Saturday afternoon and Gerry was at our house promptly at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning to do the job, with no surcharge for weekend service. He was done within half an hour and we now have peace of mind and new keys. The job included 2 new keys and we got 2 additional keys for only $1 each - much less than Home Depot charges foe duplicate keys!!
