We called early in the morning and Gerry came out in about an hour and gave us an estimate of the work that had to be done. He told us that he'd to back in the afternoon to do the work. In the afternoon, he called to let us know he was running late and would be there in an about an hour. He arrived along with another locksmith and they completed all the work in about one and a half to two hours. They were very professional and the final bill matched the estimate. We were very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Gerry was punctual. His helper was great and friendly. They changed all the locks on all 9 doors of my home and tried to save money for me while doing it. It was fine.

The overall story is the guy stole our bathroom key which auto locks and just left. Just had someone else come and change the locks and rekey them all for $100 and he was going to change me $165 for the lock! Watch out for this company, they are sneaky and steal!!

After calling several locksmiths for quotes, I decided to go with A Best Locksmith (Gerry). Not only was his quote competitive, he provided/honored a 10% discount coupon per Angie's List. I also found his responses over the phone to be professional. He called when he was on his way to give me advance notice which was helpful. Upon arriving, Gerry listened and understood my request.......and then completed the job in less than an hour. Also, I asked him about a loose door handle which he adjusted in no time. While Gerry was very professional, he was also conversant especially when we discussed golfing. Will definitely call upon them again when the need arises as well as recommend him to all my friends.

I called Gerry Sunday morning because our front door handle broke. He said he would be there within the hour and he was. He showed me a catalog with replacement door handles that he would order. I showed him several other small projects. When he arrived to do the repairs, he had the nice, sturdy new door handle. He promptly replaced it. Then he quickly repaired the other problems. He even repaired an unstable door, a problem we have had for years, quickly and competently. Thank you, Gerry!

I got recommendations from Angies List. I chose this contractor because of his location, and because he promised to to come to my home and inspected the problem very soon after I contacted him. Diagnosed the problem. Told me that lock was still good, but a replaceable part had broken. Fixed it right there on the spot. Lock has been working fine since,

All good except that they used some of my tools rather bringing all of theirs in to start with. Personally I thought that was less than real professional.

Gerry showed up as promised and estimated the job. He returned and installed a new automatic door closer. Cost of job was the same as the estimate. Door closer has been working perfectly for three weeks.

Gary came out to my house an hour after I called. He was prompt and efficient. Completed the job of rekeying two locks, matching the keys to two other locks that I had in other parts of the house, so that I actually benefitted by having to keep track of two less keys in my life! I would definitely recommend his services.

I called Gary at 10:00 and he was ready to meet me at my property in an hour. I had other commitments and scheduled him for 3:00. Gary called 1/2 an hour before the appointment to confirm it and arrived timely. He quoted the price before he started working and rekeyed the four locks within a few minutes.
