They're very easy to do business with. I made the appointment over the phone and Gerry texted the morning of the appointment to tell me the time they'd be here. They arrived when they said they would and re-keyed 5 locks in about 20 minutes. Both Gerry and Bob were very professional and worked very quickly. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Called Gerry and arranged an appointment for Friday AM. Due to weather conditions my plane was delayed and the appointment moved to the next day. Although Gerry now had to come on Saturday morning, he was extremely accommodating. He arrived right on time, 9:00 AM, and was completed by 9:30. Charged me for the minimum time and I am 100% satisfied....Electronic deadbolt works like a charm...Absolutely recommend them.

Actually a few minutes early. I liked that because I am busy. They identified themselves to me, gave me their card, and listened carefully to my requests. They were professional and respectful. They asked me about the placement of the lock on the door, keyed an existing key to the new lock, and completed their work in 20 minutes. Then they cleaned up after themselve, asked me to try the lock, and waited for my OK. I paid less than I expected to. They accept checks, cash and credit cards which was convenient for me. Best experience ever. A+

Got a new used truck. Received 2 keys from dealership. Me, a girl, did not check the keys to see if both keys worked. Will not make that mistake again lol. Technician went to use second key to go to work and the key would not unlock the door. The original key was with the other technician and it was his day off. Could not unlock truck. Called the other technician and he left original keys in truck and locked the door for the other technician to use the truck today Saturday. At 7:45 am realized second key would not unlock the door. Called Gerry at A Best Locksmith at 7:45 am. He was very courteous and he said he was on his way. We, Affordable Pest Control Inc., had a full day of scheduled appointments and did not want to disappoint my customers. Gerry showed up promptly, was very professional, and he worked his magic and opened the door. My technician was able to get to his appointments on time and everyone was happy. So greatful to Gerry and A Best Locksmith for their prompt, professional and couretous service. I will definitely use him again and will definitely refer him to my customers. It was excellent. Dorrant, the owner, came out within an hour and made the keys. He needed additional parts for the mailbox, but he went and got them and came back the same day. It was absolutely great! Very professional and prompt. I would definately recommend him and would use again.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY FROM START TO FINISH

I picked this locksmith based on the good reviews he has received and he is close to us. We were very pleased with the service! I called at 9am and spoke to Gerry right away who said he could come out today! He arrived as scheduled and understood exactly what we needed. I asked him to check the other exterior door locks which he did & said they didn't need any repair but he did lubricate them. He was done within an hour. He also gave us an Angie's List discount.

Called Gerry to come for some general lock service. He was responsive on the phone about scheduling appointment, showed up on time and did a great job correcting the things i needed and fixing some other things i hadn't noticed. Appreciated the attention to detail. Will be calling him again.

Gerry was very fast in responding to my call.He told me on the phone he was coming to my area for another call so he said he could come right away.He was here within 20 min.from my call and got right to work. He was very efficent and very fast.He removed both locks made a key and reinstalled.I was very happy with his work.I would use him again if needed.He even checked the locks on my front door to see if the same key could be used so I wouldn't have so many keys.

Perfect. A+ Called... got quote... set appointment..... easy to work with.... needed several locked re-keyed along with additional dead bolt. Being an Angie's list customer, he added some extra things into the price which was very fair for the size of the job. Will use again!

From the minute I called Gerry, he was ready to come out to change the locks on my new house. He set a time for the next day and showed up on time. I showed him the locks and he went right to work. He changed them all and did a fantastic job. I recommend A BEST LOCKSMITH.

The lack of regard for the wooden door frame, and the methods employed to fit the new locks couldn't have been worse. I should have done the job myself. Don't use these guys unless you want to supervise and micro-manage every step of the operation.

I called late in the afternoon expecting them to arrange an appointment for the next day or two, but they offered to come out immediately. The lock was dismantled and fixed very quickly.

Great experience and very pleased!

He was very nice and quick to get to us. He was friendly, professional and helpful. We have older locks that are more difficult to repair but Gerry was able to fix the older locks which saved us a lot of money. He even did a few other locks that were causing difficulty and he made keys for the ones we didn't have. He left us feeling very secure.

Great - timely and professional

Used them because of great reviews. Called and within an hour/ two hours they were here. That was awesome. Had a company change locks a year ago, cost 124 to do it. They gave us an estimate for over 200. They agreed to do it for the price we paid last time, and were done in no time. Friendly guys. My only complaint would be that there original price estimate was AT LEAST 100 bucks more money then it should have been. So my warning would be to (if you can) price around, before using them.

He was prompt and did the work quickly. In addition his contact with customer was excellent. I called on Tuesday, August 14th but I had an appointment so I couldn't have him come that day.. He said he would come the next day which he did. I would use his services again.

I locked myself out of my house...I went to a friend's house and logged into Angie's list to find a locksmith. Gerry had very good reviews so I called him at 8am on a Sunday morning... He picked up and told me he would be there within 30 minutes. I was so relieved! He showed up within 30 minutes, I barely waited. I have a double door entrance and both door knobs were locked so he had to undo both of them. It took about 25 minutes. I was really happy with his services and with the price he charged. I posted his info on my facebook account so my friends could have access to it in case they ever need a locksmith as well.

My husband bought a new lockset for our front door but was unable to install it and the old set was already off. I called Gerry and he came within 2 hours (as promised) and installed it for the price he told me on the phone. Great service, and I will use again.

He arrived along with another locksmith and they completed all the work in about one and a half to two hours. They were very professional and the final bill matched the estimate. We were very satisfied with their work and would use them again.
