Tony and his associate completed all the work agreed upon as well as surprised me by even doing some areas not requested that they felt needed attention. The price was very reasonable and the quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again!!

After receiving a violation from our association for the condition of our roof, I contacted two highly rated companies on Angie's List. The first company did not return my call until about ten hours later (left a message at 8 am, received a call back around 6 pm). The second company, Pure Cleaning, picked up right away. Tony, the owner, was very knowledgeable, explained his process to me and was even able to provide me a quote over the phone. I was so impressed with him, I decided to hire him before even hearing from the other company. Tony was able to come out two days later and what a difference. Our house looks great. He not only took care of the roof, he made sure to wash the sides of the house and the driveway to clean them from any dirt that had fallen from the roof. He was very accommodating to my schedule and worked around my availability. I will definitely use Pure Cleaning again in the future. I recommend them to anyone in need of pressure cleaning services.

I researched pressure washing companies on Angies list. Serveral local companies had good reports on the list. I emailed the two companies that had the most good reports, and requested that they call me to set up an appointment to give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. One of the companies called me back right away, and said they were familiar with my subdivision, and my type of house. The woman gave me a quote over the phone. Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning called me the next day. The women on the phone said that the company owner would be out in the afternoon to quote on my job. Anthony came out that afternoon. He was very nice, and very professional. He assured me that he would do an excellant job, and that I would be completely satisfied. Although Anthony's quote was $25.00 higher than the quote I received from the first company over the phone, I decided to go with Anthony's company. Anthony and a his employee came out on the following Monday to do the job. They did an excellant job, I was very happy with the results.

The whole experience went very well. When I called about getting an estimate, Tony's wife was friendly and courteous. Tony returned me call later that day and came over the next day to give me an estimate. He was professional and knowledgable, although he was very busy he knew that I was in somewhat of a hurry to get the work done and was able to schedule me within a few days. He brought over somebody else to do the work and came back at the end to make sure we were happy. They did a terrific job! My house looks new!

I went to Angie's List and found some businesses to call. When I called Tony Fumero with Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning at the end of the work day, he came over within an hour to give me the estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and friendliness. The price he quoted was very fair, and I hired him on the spot. He and another employee did the work exactly one week later, and it was Memorial Day Weekend! I am very happy to report that my home looks beautiful! The barrel tile roof is squeaky clean, and the brick pavers look fantastic. We quickly started getting compliments from others.

He came right away to give me the estimate. He gave me a good price. I had got several estimates. He came when he said he would and he did a good job. They had a fair price and the job was well done. I have already recommended him to my neighbor.

Telephoned Tuesday afternoon, Tony was out that evening to inspect and give price quote. He agreed to do job on Thursday. He and his helper showed up as promised and completed the job in about 4 hours. Very satisfied.

Found Tony and his business on Angie's List. Tony was prompt with appointment and provided written estimate. Work was done over two days, Thrs 05/12 and Sat, 05/14. My house looks fantastic! The outside paint job looks brand new (it's actually > 5 years old). Everything is clean, and he even partially removed a bad oil stain from the driveway tiles. Gave us explicit instructions on when to use the driveway, after sealant dries in 3 days. He even replaced one of my wife's plants that was uprooted from the drainge during the roof cleaning. Tony is friendly, courteous, professional and knows his business and how to run it. The price was very fair for work done based on my experience and other similar businesses in my neighborhood. If you receive one of those "friendly reminders" from your HOA, or you just want your house or driveway to look sparkling clean, call Tony - I'm confident you'll be as pleased as I was.

Called owner for estimate (Tony Fumero). Agreed on a time and date for estimate and he met same. Took time to explain everything he would do, walked entire area, and provided what I thought was a fair and appropriate estimate. He returned on time and date we agreed he would start and the job commenced. On the first day he pressure washed roof and all pavers. Returned two days later (allowed time for pavers to dry) and sealed driveway, porch, and front walk pavers. Appropriately advised me not park on the driveway for 72 hours. He also advised me to call if there were any questions or concerns. Throughout he was very polite and professional. He did a TREMENDOUS job! I am very pleased.

Better than expected. Our experience with contractors and service providers in the area has been less than stellar. But Tony and his guys FAR exceeded our hopes for this project. They are responsive, do what they say they will, walked us around the work site to ensure satisfaction, explained how the roof cleaning process would work. They did additional cleaning which we didn't contract for because they saw areas needing attention. Pleasant, professional and reliable. What more can a homeowner ask for? We will CERTAINLY use Tony and his team again for any pressure washing we need done.

Tony and his assistant, Lorenzo, did a great job. Called in mid-November, offered a bid and set date; he met both. Not only cleaned but applied some level of fungicide that he says will r***** mildew for up to two years. House sparkled after they finished, even over 12-year-old paint; windows as clean as they've been a long while. Did driveway, read patio, sidewalk, and gutter - even hosed dirty water down toward drain so it didn't settle in front of next-door neighor's house (no one has done that before). Two neighbors saw their work and hired hom on the spot to do their houses, too. Pretty good recommendtion...

They were very good in all respects. They were very prompt to respond and come. They did what they said they would do and they didn't create any collateral damage. They didn't damage any plants or anything like that. They were on time and on budget. Everything looks good. I didn't do a rigorous price comparison with other vendors.

I called Tony to schedule an estimate and he came out the same day. We agreed on the work to be done and the date. He called the night before to confirm he would be here, and he was on time! They did a good job and were pleasant and courteous. They even stayed late to finish the job so that it would be done before Thanksgiving. I am pleased and will use them again.

I was very happy with this company. I called Tony and he arrived at my home a half hour later to provide an estimate. He told me he'd call on Sunday to confirm working on my home Monday. He called as he said he would and showed up on time. He did a fantastic job! He even did additional things like rinse our windows and remove all bugs from the walls of our home. He also removed mildew from the side of our home. I'm very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Tony again.

I contacted Tony on the 13th, left a message and he called me right back. He was able to quote me over the phone as he is familiar with the community of the job site. We scheduled the job for the next day at 3PM. Tony was able to handle the job earlier than scheduled and it was done without a problem. My tenant (at the job site) had great comments about Tony. We both agreed that he is a keeper. Very pleasant and professional man.

It was an excellent experience .I called Mr. Fumero early in the week. He gave me an estimate on the phone based on the square footage of my house, and told me what other areas the price included. Mr. Fumero also told me that he will be sure that the entire surface of the house and patio would be carefully rinsed when the roof cleaning is completed. We made an appointment for the roof to be cleaned that Friday. Mr. Fumero called on the day before to confirm and arrived on time with his assistant, Lorenzo, who was the one to actually do the physical work. Mr. Fumero returned when the work was complete to inspect the job and be certain that I was satisfied. Lorenzo worked very hard and did an excellent job. The roof looks brand new, and the house and surrounding surfaces are immaculate. Both Mr. Fumero and his assistant were courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company very highly.

This is my first experience with both Angie's List and Tony Fumero and I couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Fumero's wife took the original call and her husband got back to me within the hour. His price was more than fair and due to another customer's reschedule he was able to do my job the next day. He and his employee were on time, professional and pleasant and did a great job in the time he quoted, actually a little bit less. I'm very happy with his work and will happily recommend him to friends.

The Owner, Mr. Tony Fumero, performed the work himself. Everything was beautifully clean and there seems to have been no damage done. The job took just over five (5) hours. My wife and I are very, very pleased with the job.

This is the 2nd time that we used Tony who came recommended by our painter 18 months ago. He and his helper do an excellent job. They arrived ahead of time at 8:00 am and worked without a break through to 5:00 pm. The roof, courtyard and driveway are super clean. Without having been asked to do so, they also washed off the dust and webs on the sides of the house and courtyard and pressure rinsed all windows. I'll definitely have him come back when it's time again.
