Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning

My pool deck tile had many dark stains from mildew where rain water tends to stand - unsightly. I was having some family come for a visit and wanted to get it cleaned up. I tried scrubbing with various cleaning products and got nowhere. So I looked on Angie's List and found some nice reviews for Pure Cleaning and have them a call. I left a message. Tony called back within 10 minutes and was immediately likeable and knowledgable. To my delight he said that he could be over within the hour. I could not believe this. Sure enough Tony pulled up within the hour with a helper and started to work. I spent some time talking to me but he spent most of his time actually helping and working in tandem with the man running the scrubber/washer pieces of equipment. I had just asked for the back pool area, but he suggested we do the front porch which extends the entire width of my house and the front sidewalk, too. I could not believe the difference in appearance after the cleaning - I had not even realized they were that dirty. The pool area was cleaned very well, too. All the dark mildew-stained tiles looked good as new. They did a very thorough job - I could not have been happier! They were here for over 2 hours - Tony had quoted me $100. He did not want any extra for the front or sidewalk but I was so impressed with how hard they worked and how nice everything looked and the fact that they did extra work just to make things look nice that I gave him more.

Tony returned my call the same day, gave me an estimate on the phone, and scheduled me for the fifth following business day. His two workers showed up on time, well-equipped for the job, and did all the desired work. They were courteous and serious workers who obviously were well experienced. They did a great job.

After reviewing Angie's list, I gave Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning a call and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone, we set up a time and 2 workers came and did an excellent job. They were finished in about 3 hours and left everything neat and clean. They were very professional and polite. I will have them again.

Tony came right out. Gave me a great estimate. 1/3 the price of his competitors. I approved the estimate (no deposit required). Tony and his crew showed up the next day. They pressure cleaned my driveway, whole house & windows, roof and pool deck. While they used a chlorine/water mix, they didn't kill any grass or landscaping! The job was perfect. This is the third time he's done my house. Next week he will be doing my office building. He's already done my parent's house as well! Pure Cleaning are honest, reliable, dependable and do an outstanding job. They met and exceeded my expectations! WAY TO GO PURE!

I contacted Tony for an estimate and he responded that day. Very nice gentleman. He went over what I wanted to have done and showed up the day we scheduled. His men did a great job. Thank you Tony!

Received a call back within 2 hours, Tony came by and estimated cost next day. Very easy to reach on phone, very responsive and easy to work with. Tony cared very much about the quality of the work, and the 2 men who performed the service were friendly, polite, and considerate. They did a much better job than a previous contractor we used. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

We received a call back from Pure Cleaning the same day we sent an email. Due to the rains, the cleaning couldn't be done when scheduled. Two days later, Tony sent his employee to take care of the request. We are completely satisified with the service and will call them later this year for cleaning/sealing our driveway pavers.

Tony went out of his way to make certain everything was done correctly. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional job.

Our AOE sent us a letter telling us our roof needed to be cleaned...which it did. We own a pressure cleaning device, but didn't want to break our necks trying to clean the roof, so I checked Angie's list for a good contractor. Pure Cleaning had a lot of good reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I called them, and talked to Tony, who was very nice, and spoke English very clearly. He came over, looked at my home, and gave me a flat price of $250. He didn't try to upsell me which was refreshing. His crew came out 2 days later on time. They did a GREAT job. They even cleaned things they didn't have to, like my outdoor chairs. Anything the spray, and the drips touched while the roof was being cleaned were cleaned also. When my neighbors cleaned their roofs themselves, it took them all day. So I expected to be home most of the day while they worked......These guys were done in 2 hours. My husband isn't easily impressed, but he was VERY happy with the work they did. I highly suggest these guys.

After seeing all the reviews, I called Tony for an estimate. I told Tony I was at work and will not be there. Tony said not a problem. He will just go out and give me an estimate. Tony called me back in the afternoon and gave me a price. The price was very reasonable and we went with it. I asked Tony if he can come by Saturday at 9am and he said yes. He and his crew (of 4) got to the house about 5mins after 9am. Tony was very personable and seemed genuinely a very nice man. He told me it will take about 3-4 hours to complete and told me if I had errands, just come back in the afternoon. I called Tony at 1:30pm to check the status. He said it was done and to meet him at the house. I went back to see a very clean, new looking roof. I was amazed of the job they did. Tony told me he also does painting if I ever wanted to do it. Will definitely recommend his service.

I mixed up the two categories. First I was supposed to tell you what services were performed and then my overall experience.Since I told you my great experience first...Tony gave me an estimate to pressure clean my pool patio, driveway, sidewalk, and walkway. The pressure cleaning was done by Ed and Lorenzo. Everything was completed within 90 minutes and the estimate is what I paid.

i called Tony at Pure Cleaning last Thursday & he came out to the house to give me a quote. We agreed on the price & he said he'd do the job today. He called last night & said his men would be here between 9:00 & 9:30 this morning. About 9:30 his foreman called & asked where my house was because he could not find it. Tony had given him the wrong address (N.W. instead of N.E.) so I gave them directions & they got here about 10:00 AM. Mix ups happen & they would have been on time had they had the right address. They were great. It took them about 3 hours to make a horribly dirty pool deck look almost like new. In addition they cleaned all of the other stuff (floats, chairs, table) that was around the pool. They also got rid of the leaves in the gutters around the pool screen room. GREAT JOB GUYS! THANKS!

They were very good. They came back and did some touch ups.

Excellent service. On time. Very friendly. He explains what he is doing and gives advice. Money well worth spent. You cannot go wrong with Tony. I have no regrets.

He was able to remove dirt and mildew and made the outside of our house sparkle. We recommend this company very highly.

I cannot say enough good about this company. They returned my call within 10 minutes and were able to quickly provide a price estimate and schedule a service date. When I had to change the scheduled date due to Easter holiday, this was no problem and a new date/time was set up. The fact they will come on Saturdays is a huge help as no need for me to miss work. When Tony and his team arrived, they were incredibly professional and explained in detail what they would be doing. It was a rainy day to boot, but they were pro's and managed to do a fantastic job cleaning my roof, house and patio. I will definitely use them again in the future.

it went well from me making the call to scheduling the appointment and having the work done. the owner proved that customer service still exist and he did just that. he was considerate of time and performance. he was punctual and professional.

I found Tony on Angie's List and called Tony for an estimate. After reviewing the square and linear footage I wasw given a quote and and the date job would be done. Tony and his wife communicated on a regular basis to confirm the scheduled date and arrived on time on the date promised. No body was home to during the cleaning and we were concerned about letting someone we'd never met do work on our home while we weren't home. When my wife came home she called me to say "You've got to come home and see the amazing job Tony and his crew have done." When I did arrive home I was just as amazed with the awesome work. Tony and his crew went far beyond our expectations and even cleaned all the windows which had mold behind the frames. We have used several different cleaning companies over the 15 years we've owned our home, but this was the best experience and results we've ever had. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs pressure cleaning of any kind.

We received a prompt return call regarding information and also with an appointment for an estimate. Tony was very concise with the estimate and then with the job itself. His work was very efficient and gave our home the spring cleaning it needed! We would definitely call him again and recommend him for pressure cleaning needs.

Contacted the company answering machine on the morning of 3-20-12 for an estimate appointment. Darlah, wife of the owner (Tony), called and said that Tony would call back in the early evening since he was working until then. As she promised, Tony called back. Since he knew the community I lived in and had done previous work in the community, he quoted over the phone. I was happy with the quote. Unfortunately for me, Tony's schedule was full until 3-30-12. He said he would call the day before to confim. I called the day before in the afternoon and Tony returned the call assuring me that he would do the work on Friday, that I didn't need to be present and that he would make arrangements for payment after the job was done. Came home after running errands to find the job done completely and satisfactorily. Tony eventually called and advised that the job was done, wanted to make sure I was satisfied and then arranged to get paid. Having someone return calls and then do exactly as they said they would speaks volumes to me..........will definitely use Tony / Pure Cleaning Presure Cleaning again and refer as well to family and friends.

I called Tony around 3/15 to see if he could pressure clean my roof, sidewalk, etc. I had received a notice from my HOA that I needed to have this performed by 3/21 and I had not seen the prior notices. His wife returned my phone call and indicated that they could not be available until 3/27. Tony was very familiar with the neighborhood and provided a $250 quote based on the sq. footage. However, she was familiar with HOAs and offerred to provide a nice letter so I could get the deadline extended. I emailed the letter to the HOA committee and it was no problem at all. It was a real pleasure working with Tony and his wife, Darla.Tony's employees arrived on 3/27 and performed the job in about 3 hours. They took special care to address the mold issue and the results were fantastic.

They returned my call the same day and came out straight away to give an estimate. We were given a time that the men would come to do the work and were punctual. I would recommend them to my friends.

As mentioned above, the service was done quickly & expertly from the initial call to completion just a couple of days later.
