I called Tony and set up a date to do the job, his staff was on time and very polite. They did a terrific job, the roof looks brand new. Every time I called Tony he returned the call that same afternoon.

They did a thorough job, it took about 1.5 hours for a one story 2500 sq ft roof to be cleaned. However, I did not rate them with an A as (1) a few of the windows were left with dirt on them and (2) they had said they would arrive before 10am but did not show until 2:30pm!

I was not there, but my husband was, who's didn't have much time to follow the cleaning project. It's seems that the crew didn't need any monitoring, they delivered as promised,

They did a good job. They came 15 minutes early, which I really appreciated.

Por Tony, he had explained the driveway needs 72 hours to totally dry prior to sealing. The last day, it rained and didn't really stop for another week. finally 3 straight dry days, and Tony was able to finish up. Another person would have sealed without waiting the needed time, but Tony continually explained why and I'm very satisfied with the result.

I was very pleased with the overall experience.

I contacted the company via telephone; Tony (owner) came out to the house as promised, gave me a quote for services, and explained how he would complete the job. The crew of two men arrived as planned on the morning of the date selected and performed the work as planned within three hours. We were pleased with the work done and the eficiency in which it was completed. I would not hesitate to call him again for the same work and/or recommend the company to a friend.

I called for an estimate. I emailed several photos and was given an estimate over the phone. We agreed to the price and a date, several weeks later, for the work to be performed. The night before, they called to confirm. They showed up as scheduled. Two gentlemen worked continuously for four hours pressure cleaning the roof, walkway, brick walls, garage door, patio, and pool deck. They even pressure cleaned three large landscaping boulders in our yard even though that hadn't been requested. They did a terrific job.

I contacted Tony in the beginning of the month to have my driveway pressure washed and my patio screen awnings cleaned. On 28 Nov 2012, Tony called to confirm the arrival time for my appointment on the 29 Nov 2012. Tony showed up ten minutes early and got started immediately. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing pressure cleaning! Great Job, I will be using his service again in the future.

The men were great! Super job! They had a problem finding my home but we kept in touch by phone and they arrived. They worked as a team of two judiciously. Can't wait to have them back next year.

It went exactly as planned. He called late on the day before and told me between 9 and 9:30. Great. The guys came around 10 the next morning and spent over 4 hours at the house. They removed all the patio furniture and thoroughly cleaned the house. It really looks great. My only caveat. It appears that Tony may use sub contractors, so you don't necessarily know who you get. The name on the truck was hartspaintinginc.com. The lead guy was Jesus. If you get Jesus and his helper, you are in luck...they were great. if you get otherwise, I cannot comment. I would use again.

Frank responded quickly to my request for service, and provided me with a verbal quote. He called the day before service to confirm the appointment, and showed up exactly as promised. They took care to safeguard my patio furniture, grill, and plants, and got my formerly dingy patio sparkling clean. Frank did not want payment until he knew I was 100% happy with the job--which I was! Beautiful work, great price, and I will definitely use them again.

What a pleasure. The gentlemen showed up on time (even a bit early), they were pleasant, professional and got right to work. They did a wonderful job and were courteous. When they were done, they put back all the patio furniture and plants. The canvas awning was filthy, now it is very clean! I would most certainly use them again, and refer them to others.

I received an immediate callback after I contacted the company. Although they had a busy schedule, they were kind enough to fit me in earlier because my home was scheduled for an appraisal and I wanted the patio and sidewalk to look presentable. The price was quite reasonable for all of that work and I was very pleased with the results. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

This company is the real deal! I called and left a voice mail message. I received a callback and liked the quote given over the phone so I went ahead with this company. I wanted something ASAP but had to wait 3 days, but his work shows why he is so busy. Called the day prior to confirm that he would be here in the morning. Toni arrived on time and ready to work. After he was done I was amazed at what I saw. Not only did he do an incredible job on the roof, he went the extra mile and cleaned extra things such as my gate, landscaping rocks and some other areas for no extra charge. I would definitely use this company for all my pressure washing needs. Thanks Toni for making it such a pleasurable experience.

Our overall experience with Tony and his staff was excellent. The initial call back was very prompt and Tony was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate. I expressed several concerns about problems I had in the past when my pool patio was pressure cleaned and Tony was able to explain what steps he would take to ensure I did not have damage to my screen enclosure or wood french doors that opened out to the patio. I had a couple other people come out to give estimates and while they were all within the same price range, Tony left me with a very positive impression and I decided to give his company a try. Because of the concerns I had expressed, he made sure to come out on my appointed day with Lorenzo, who did the work, to review how the job would be done to ensure there would be no damage. Tony then returned towards the end of the work and made sure all the details were taken care of. I truly appreciated his attention to detail. I will definitely use his company again in the future. This is the first review I have written on Angie's list and I'm not one to write reviews in general. However I had such a good experience I wanted to add to the other positive comments I read about this company.

We needed to have our roof cleaned per HOA. After being jerked around by another company I did a headslap and finally went to Angies list. Pure Cleaning was at the top of the list and close to my house. We received a call back and quote the same day. We took his 1st available and Tony and crew showed up on time. This guy is so picky he cannot do a bad job. By the time they left I thought we had a new house! He even worked around a vanilla orchid that was attached to the front entrance column, even though it probably took more time and was a pia. I cannot tell you how much we were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work of Pure Cleaning.
