Showed up exactly when he said he would. Did the a thorough job. Was punctual, efficient, courteous.

Called the night before to schedule as promised. Showed up on time. The place looks great now!

They arrived within the specified time. They immediately got to work and did not stop (no Breaks) until the job was done. The roof has not looked this good since it was new!

I contacted Tony by phone. He was easy to reach. I set up the date, Tony worked with me to fit me in sooner than later. Confirmed the price, details of my home which has 990 sq ft. barrel tile and additional 1000 sq ft of flat roof. Tony agreed to pressure wash the barrel tile area and the outside trim of the flat roof as I prepare to install new gutters. We made an appointment for November 13, Tony called day before to let me know weather and other issues would delay the service. I was glad he called in advance to ask and let me know instead of just assuming. Very professional of him and just courteous. Team arrived on Friday the 14th to conduct the cleaning. I forgot they were coming and had to rush home to pay them. The team did not make a huge deal of it, waited for me. Two concerns I had about a pressure washer on my roof was: 1) insurance and liability that Tony and his team had 2) I had just installed new grass and trees. I did not want the new growth damaged. One week later, my grass is as green as the day before the power wash. My roof and trim look amazing like a new home. Tony's guys even gave my white painted wood pergola a go over and my window awnings (2 of them). Now with my new yard, my house looks amazing giving my curb appeal a huge boast. Definitely recommend these guys to all my neighbors!

Tony is a fantastic businessman. He responded to my Angie's List email the same evening, and we were able to schedule the service within my timeframe. He and his crew showed up on time, and did the job quickly, and thoroughly. I had previously engaged several "pressure cleaning" services but they came with inadequate equipment and used water pressure only to do the cleaning. Tony had the right equipment, use the correct chemicals to insure a complete and lasting pressure wash for my residence. I would recommend him to anyone needing these services, as all of us do from time to time to satisfy our Neighborhood Associations.

I was very impressed by Tony and his people. They arrived on time and prepared. Although I had only scheduled for my roof, I walked around with Tony and he was able to have his guys pressure wash my wood fence for a small added fee. They washed down the walls, sidewalks and pool deck when they finished and had no problem washing down what had splashed over into my neighbors yard. All work was done professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend Pure Cleaning.

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon, thinking I would leave a message. The owner, Tony, picked up the phone and was happy to provide me an estimate of the cost of pressure cleaning my sidewalks and driveway. When I told him I thought he had come to do the same job about four years prior, he remembered me and all the details of my property -- amazing memory! We scheduled the cleaning for Friday, and as promised he called me the day before to confirm. Two men came on Friday morning, and one of them was the same one who did the job for me a few years ago. I think that is a testament to the high quality of this company and its staff. It is not often that you see such longevity among staff in a service-oriented company (at least not in South Florida). They did an excellent job. They worked quickly but thoroughly. I recommend Pure Cleaning without hesitation and will definitely use them again. Thank you, Tony, and your excellent workers!

Great service! Tony called a day before to confirm as he had told me he would. His crew did a great job and even pressure washed a fairly large area I had not asked him to do. Tony called me the evening after they completed the job to ask if I was satisfied. Terrific quality of work at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to others and plan on using him again in the winter to seal my patio.

The cleaning made a huge difference! Everything was thoroughly cleaned and the pavers and coral look new. I wish we had done this sooner! We will definitely use their service again.

I had my home professionally painted (by another co.) and they had Tony come out to pressure clean it before they started. He did an amazing job! I actually had just had the house pressure cleaned by another company two months earlier and there was such a difference after Tony pressure cleaned it. The price was included in my painting estimate so I cannot tell you what he charges. I will definitely use him again.

They did a great job. Tony really cares and my roof looks better than it ever has looked. They were on time and worked 4 hours with no breaks. They were careful with the bleach and none of our plants or grass died. Thank you Tony for doing such a great job

They were very responsive. He called me back right away to set up an appointment. Two people came out for the service but the work was primarily done by one man who completed everything in four hours.

Not only did they pressure clean my driveway and roof, but they also pressure cleaned all of the exterior (without us asking). We're beyond happy with the results!! I would also like to point out that once a friend saw the results, she hired them to pressure clean her house. Thanks Tony!!!

Tony and his crew were great. My call was answered/returned the same day and I was able to schedule an estimate the following day. I needed the work done within a couple of days and he was able to accommodate my request. His crew was polite and efficient. I would definitely use again.

He did an excellent job. He has done it before. He lives in the area so he can pop in here quite fast. I tried to use someone else but some of them either didn't do sealing, just pressure cleaning and one of them never even came after he said he was going to come. He never even bothered to call me or anything and I waited all weekend and he never even came. They do good work and he's very accommodating.

This was a terrific experience. I called on Wednesday morning and left a message. Tony called within the hour and said he would go out to the house to take a look and would call me with an estimate. By the end of the day, I had an estimate and had scheduled them to come out on Monday. Tony called the day before to confirm and to let me know his crew would be there at 9:30am. He said I didn't need to be home and we could settle up the day after once I confirmed that I was pleased with the job. Tony called me at 2pm to let me know they were done. I arrived home to a beautiful, clean roof, driveway and patio. There was absolutely no mess and everything looks great. I would DEFINTELY use Tony and his company again!

Contacted Pure Cleaning because my roof needed cleaning desperately. Tony , the owner , came out the following day and gave me an estimate over the phone. The price was so reasonable I included our paved walkway and scheduled a date. They arrived as scheduled and by the time that I got home from work the job was finished . I didn't think that our roof could be brought back to the original cream color because it was so bad. They did an amazing job. Tony was great and a true professional. Very pleased and 100% satisfied with their work.

Tony Fumero came all the way down to south Miami just to look at my roof and make sure that someone could walk on it safely without breaking the wavy concrete tiles. A few days later, his workmen came back to do the cleaning, but there was some sort of water pressure problem and they had to come back with a different machine. There was no extra charge for these additional trips. The roof, after cleaning, looks like new. They also washed down the sides of the house. Cost $300. I wanted the roof cleaned before I had the back yard landscaped, so that all the dirty water would not fall onto the new landscaping. After that was done, Tony's workman came back and pressure-cleaned the patio, numerous paving stones, the brick planters, and the brick walkway and driveway. Cost $250. Everything looks so good that I think I will have these people back here again, to keep it looking good.
