Response from Pure Cleaning Pressure Cleaning
In response to your description of work, I would like to explain, I feel that there has been a huge misunderstanding. The first time my company did a job for you was December 7, 2010. The job was to pressure clean your roof, rinse down the walls of your two- story home, and pressure clean your sidewalk for which you paid $300.00 at that time. This time, you called on April 13th and wanted us to do a job for you and you stated that we charged you $300 the last time, but I told you that I wanted to check my records and get back to you. I called you the next day after checking my records and told you that I would also do your patio and driveway for a total of $400.00. I feel this is where the misunderstanding came in. I thought you might want a deal for everything along with your roof, which is the price of $400 that I gave you. I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear and I certainly didn't mean to push anything on you, I just wanted to see if you wanted other things done since I was there and that was the $400 that I quoted you. You had the right to say no and just request to have the same thing done that you had the last time. I' m sorry we had a misunderstanding and I didn't do the job for you this time. It is never my intention to leave a customer dissatisfied. Also, just to say thank you for saying we did a good job, I appreciate that!
