Better than expected. Our experience with contractors and service providers in the area has been less than stellar. But Tony and his guys FAR exceeded our hopes for this project. They are responsive, do what they say they will, walked us around the work site to ensure satisfaction, explained how the roof cleaning process would work. They did additional cleaning which we didn't contract for because they saw areas needing attention. Pleasant, professional and reliable. What more can a homeowner ask for? We will CERTAINLY use Tony and his team again for any pressure washing we need done.

Started on time and worked 3 hours. Cleaned up after the job was done.

Tony and his assistant, Lorenzo, did a great job. Called in mid-November, offered a bid and set date; he met both. Not only cleaned but applied some level of fungicide that he says will r***** mildew for up to two years. House sparkled after they finished, even over 12-year-old paint; windows as clean as they've been a long while. Did driveway, read patio, sidewalk, and gutter - even hosed dirty water down toward drain so it didn't settle in front of next-door neighor's house (no one has done that before). Two neighbors saw their work and hired hom on the spot to do their houses, too. Pretty good recommendtion...

I called Tony to schedule an estimate and he came out the same day. We agreed on the work to be done and the date. He called the night before to confirm he would be here, and he was on time! They did a good job and were pleasant and courteous. They even stayed late to finish the job so that it would be done before Thanksgiving. I am pleased and will use them again.

They were very good in all respects. They were very prompt to respond and come. They did what they said they would do and they didn't create any collateral damage. They didn't damage any plants or anything like that. They were on time and on budget. Everything looks good. I didn't do a rigorous price comparison with other vendors.

I was very happy with this company. I called Tony and he arrived at my home a half hour later to provide an estimate. He told me he'd call on Sunday to confirm working on my home Monday. He called as he said he would and showed up on time. He did a fantastic job! He even did additional things like rinse our windows and remove all bugs from the walls of our home. He also removed mildew from the side of our home. I'm very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Tony again.

I contacted Tony on the 13th, left a message and he called me right back. He was able to quote me over the phone as he is familiar with the community of the job site. We scheduled the job for the next day at 3PM. Tony was able to handle the job earlier than scheduled and it was done without a problem. My tenant (at the job site) had great comments about Tony. We both agreed that he is a keeper. Very pleasant and professional man.

It was an excellent experience .I called Mr. Fumero early in the week. He gave me an estimate on the phone based on the square footage of my house, and told me what other areas the price included. Mr. Fumero also told me that he will be sure that the entire surface of the house and patio would be carefully rinsed when the roof cleaning is completed. We made an appointment for the roof to be cleaned that Friday. Mr. Fumero called on the day before to confirm and arrived on time with his assistant, Lorenzo, who was the one to actually do the physical work. Mr. Fumero returned when the work was complete to inspect the job and be certain that I was satisfied. Lorenzo worked very hard and did an excellent job. The roof looks brand new, and the house and surrounding surfaces are immaculate. Both Mr. Fumero and his assistant were courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company very highly.

This is my first experience with both Angie's List and Tony Fumero and I couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Fumero's wife took the original call and her husband got back to me within the hour. His price was more than fair and due to another customer's reschedule he was able to do my job the next day. He and his employee were on time, professional and pleasant and did a great job in the time he quoted, actually a little bit less. I'm very happy with his work and will happily recommend him to friends.

The Owner, Mr. Tony Fumero, performed the work himself. Everything was beautifully clean and there seems to have been no damage done. The job took just over five (5) hours. My wife and I are very, very pleased with the job.

TONY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE MOVED AND REPLACED MY PATIO FURNITURE, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN AROUND 2 HOURS.

This is the 2nd time that we used Tony who came recommended by our painter 18 months ago. He and his helper do an excellent job. They arrived ahead of time at 8:00 am and worked without a break through to 5:00 pm. The roof, courtyard and driveway are super clean. Without having been asked to do so, they also washed off the dust and webs on the sides of the house and courtyard and pressure rinsed all windows. I'll definitely have him come back when it's time again.
