The project went well. Mark was always available and made inspections each day. The crew was professional and easy to communicate with. The job was done well, in a relatively short time, and at a good price.

From our first contact with the owner, Mark Sawyer, of Premium Painters, to our final inspection of the completed project of painting the exterior of our home, the experience was pleasant and professional. We were first impressed with the thoroughness of the written quote, which itemized all work to be performed, and material to be used, in detail. Attached to the quote were copies of his contractor's license, liability insurance, and job references. Within 4 days of signing the contract, Mark had a team of 4 painters at our home. The exterior of the home was properly prepared for painting with all windows and glass doors covered in plastic, as well as taping of any other item not to be painted. We had also asked Mark if he would remove a satellite dish from an exterior wall and patch the holes, to which he agreed without hesitation. His team of painters were courteous, accommodating, and professional. They did an exceptional job. Mark was easy to reach via text or voice throughout the process. We would definitely hire Premium Painters again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

You get several estimates, choose one & hope you made the right choice - I did. Owner was routinely on site managing the crew of 4, fair price, top paint used, clean, neat, friendly and done in 3 days. Had liability & workman's comp insurance & emailed me a copy naming me additional insured - that's a big deal. The owner Mark is a man of his word. Don't hesitate to use him - it's the right choice.

Fantastic! Mark, the owner runs a very tight ship. Crew was here early for prep and work each day. They showed great care for expensive items in my home thoroughly protecting everything. Mark paid close attention to detail. Also addressed any issues immediately. Marks main concern is the happiness of the customer he serves. This was actually our second time having our house painted, the first time many years ago with a company that did a fantastic job, but who has since had a change in ownership and didn’t quite meet our expectations when we asked for a quote. We ended up selecting Premium Painters, hoping for an experience as good as our first one. Premium Painters did a great job with the exterior house cleaning, stucco repair and exterior painting. The house, screened-in patio frame and front porch railing look like new! We didn’t really have to nitpick during our walk-arounds with Mark since the job was done well, but a couple minor oversights were responded to with great professionalism. In the days since the painting, neighbors have commented that it looks really good. We’ve not hesitated to recommend Premium Painters to them. Price was in line with the other estimates we received, but we appreciated the level of detail in the quote. It was clear what we’d be getting. No surprises.
