Description of Work: I cancelled my service with them after numerous things of happening over a 2 year period. When I went to cancel, I told them I was on a 1 year contract and I told them that I did not renew it. Then they said they sent me a contract saying that they were going to renew the service, if I didn’t respond back, but I never got the notice.

Description of Work: Started out okay, but over the years service has gone down hill. Lots of weeds in the yard, never really got rid of them and I've been a customer for years. The other day a sales person from Trugreen stopped by to talk about how bad my lawn looked. I told him that I am a current customer and that I had called the office two weeks prior because my lawn man said that I had chinch bugs and that no one had gotten back with me after the last service, one week prior, on what was found, no notes on the invoice either. I also called the office to get a quote on aeration and never received a call back. The sales person was very nice and said that the lawn looked dry, which I agreed since I have to water manually. He also said that I needed plugs. I told him to give me a quote on plugs and the aeration. Later that night he called back and said that he was emailing me the quote after he received his manager's approval. No email came. I called back four days later and supposedly the office person was going to get to the bottom of his and have someone call me back. I verified my email and phone number and checked my SPAM filter. No one ever contacted me. I've had a service since then, but still haven't heard back on that quote. They seem to be so unresponsive that you can't even give them money. After being a customer for years I'm leaving them as I feel I have no other choice.

 + 0 moreWe are happy with their services. They keep it nice, green as well as thick. We are looking for another provider. They try to push us to do all the other services just to increase their bill, which is quite annoying.
Description of Work: The TruGreen Companies LLC treats the lawn for weeds and take care of the lawn.

 + -1 moreAt first, they do a pretty good job. They come on time. Then, they do a terrible job. I nearly lost my lawn. It cost me thousands of dollars to get my lawn fixed. We used them for a few years.

 + -1 moreIT'S BEEN BAD. I THINK THEY ARE HIGH IN PRICE COMPARED TO SOME OTHERS I HAVE CHECKED INTO. THEY COME ON THEIR OWN SCHEDULE SO THEY'RE HERE EVERY MONTH TO MAKE SURE I GET BILLED. THE PEOPLE THAT COME AND SPRAY THE YARD ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT'S JUST NOT WORKING.
Description of Work: THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SPRAY THE LAWN FOR WEEDS AND FERTILIZE IT. THEY DIDN'T GET RID OF MY WEEDS. THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. THEY COME EVERY MONTH. IN THE BEGINNING EVERYTHING WORKED WELL. THE LAWN LOOKED NICE, AND THEY KILLED THE WEEDS. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT.

 + -1 moreIT WAS UNSATISFACTORY. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. WE STARTED HAVING A LOT OF WEEDS AND GROUND PATCHES. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE DID NOT WATER ENOUGH OR WAS WATERING TOO MUCH IN SOME SPOTS. MY YARD WAS YELLOW WHEN EVERYONE HAD A GREEN YARD. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE WHEN WE WERE TAKING CARE OF IT OURSELVES. THEIR MANAGER CAME OUT, AND HE PUT SOMETHING ON IT THAT GREENED IT UP. THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE. I THINK THAT THE YOUNG KIDS SENT OUT TO DO THE YARDS WERE NOT DOING WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
Description of Work: THEY WOULD COME OUT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEARS AND SPRAY FOR WEEDS, BUGS, INSECTS, FERTILIZE AND THINGS LIKE THAT DEPENDING WHAT WAS NEEDED THAT TIME OF YEAR.
