paid the money service never finished

They claimed my pool and got it back into perfect shape. It was done about 2 months ago. It was about $12000. The price was competitive and good, so I would give them a B for price. I would absolutely use them again. Two people came out to perform the service. They were professional and very good.

The phone call I made to the company was quick and very helpful. I will call their competitor to whom they referred me for another estimate. This company was quick to help me on my way.

The service went very well. I was very pleased. They had to order some of the parts and they came a second time and they got that done quickly. They were very conscientious.

They are very reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. We have been using them for about a month or six weeks now. I am getting what I am paying for so I have to feel that it is worth it. Walter, the guy that comes to us, is fantastic.

Tri County Pool and Spa has been servicing our in-ground pool for about 2 years now. They are always on schedule except for some holidays of which they notify us of changes. Cam keeps our pool crystal clear. We have also used them for replacing our salt system and pool light. Very reasonable. Technicians are very courteous and professional.

I would definitely used them again.

I called to ask what it would cost to have them install the above items we would be purchasing. What followed was a 10 minute openly hostile rant about how "people like me" buying things online to save money were ruining his business. I explained I had no problems paying his $158 hourly wage for the work, this did not distract him from his path at all. He then explained to me that if I did buy them online he would not honor the warranty if they broke, and that Pentair can't make him fix anything he does not want to fix. People like me who "piece things together knowing nothing" and the internet made it so he had to charge more for labor. Not sure if he was having a bad day but it started out badly and ended worse. Not sure what happened but I started out very polite, he did not.

They service our pool weekly and are excellent.

It worked fine and I think they are fair. Overall, it was good.

They are very reliable; he also leaves a note with the chemical levels and anything else I need to know. I couldn't ask for a better service.

It took them longer to come out to fix it than I expected but I was happy with them.

I used a competitor in Lady Lake, FL before and they did a "adequate job". Since employing Tri-County Pool & Spa I have received very professional service. Cameron is thorough, never in a hurry to get to the next stop until my pool is properly taken care of. I get a monthly report of pool maintenance (which I never got in detail from the competitor). I feel like my pool and spa are priorities for this new company and I am so thrilled that I switched. Their service may be a bit more expenseive but I have learned that you get what you pay for.

Generally they are very good. They have a high turnover in people, but it hasn't affected their quality. They are professional, punctual and respectful. I would highly recommend them to all the pool owners in my area.
